The house was ok, basic, but fine. Nothing wrong with it for the money that it costs to stay. The neighbourhood was quiet at night. Was generally comfortable.
Limited facilities, no tea, coffee, fridge was missing door shelves so made using more difficult. There was only 1 fork in the cutlery drawer, but 10 knives which made having dinner/food more difficult than it needed to be. None of the kitchenware, cups, glasses, etc matched which also was a shame (given how little this stuff costs). Sofa was a little dirty (stained).

Good value for money with facilities we needed.
It could have been clearer. The sofa was grotty and had stains and food on it. It also smelt badly of smoke when we arrived and some of the windows were broken or stuck so we could not open them.
