Good place to stay for short break when in Leeds

Brand new property that is split between students and normal guests, so that all the facilities on show were only for the students , not bothered about this as using it just for a bed but could upset others Great location just a 10 min min walk away from city square (train station

No one on the reception on arrival, they had to be phoned, as this is a split property with half being student accommodation, the student staff have nothing to do with the other rentals. The host eventually turned up and was ok but a course in hospitality management would do no harm. The kitchen was nice but lack of cups and cutlery (see pic). Mentioned to man in charge who said he will have a word with the cleaning staff to have it looked into, but seeing this was on a weekend and room not getting cleaned this wasn't sorted over my stay

Great accomodation for solo stay with many facilities

The location is nice. I never felt unsafe and you can just walk to the city centre or the University campus.

There were graffitis in the stairs but it was done by a few teenagers I think.

Good value for money property but not for someone who needs some of the basic hotel facilities.

I liked the size of the room, the overall ambiance and the location. The mattress, pillows and duvet were excellent.

The fact that I couldn't spend any time in the common areas on the ground floor. The room was cold and the heating didn't do much. There was no hairdryer. The spoons provided had been washed but were still dirty.

Noisy and uncomfortable

Reasonably well located. The lobby area is beautiful, although hotel guests are not allowed to use it. After I complained about my experience and said I wouldn't be returning for the second night of my stay, they agreed to provide a small refund.

This is the first time I've had somewhere booked for multiple nights and left after the first night not to return. I hardly got any sleep at all, mostly due to noise, but the poor comfort of the bed didn't help. The window, which is right by the head of the bed, was making repetitive noises all night - it might have been wind because the window was fitted badly, or it might have been poorly-drained water, I couldn't tell. There was also a constant loud squeaking sound, that I think was the lift. The ventilation system was also noisy, as was the fridge, as were the doors of other rooms being slammed at all hours - it felt like the sources of noise were endless. The pillows were also very thin, and the mattress was cheap, so I wasn't hugely comfortable to begin with. It also just felt like a room designed by someone who had no intention of living in it. There was no mirror in the bathroom. Nowhere to hang wet towels. There was almost no cooking equipment - two saucepans and some basic cutlery - and I couldn't even figure out how to use the hob. The bar of soap that was provided immediately disintegrated into many pieces as soon as I tried to use it. Frankly it felt like a building that was cheaply built and cheaply fitted out. And it's a new purpose built student accommodation block, so that shouldn't be a surprise really.

Good price and location. More suited to solo traveller than a couple.

Good facilities for the price. Host contacted us when they found a charger left behind which was kind.

Bed was against the wall with a wardrobe at the bottom, so it was tricky to get in and out when two were in the bed. There was a funny stir fry smell on the whole floor of apartments which never left, but you did get used to it. No toiletries (which had been advertised).

Lovely all in one studio apartment, brand new so all fresh and clean.

Stated as comes with all kitchen equipment but came with no pots and pans but came with the kitchen utensils, bizarre. Pillows very thin and bedding both very cheap. The Tv still had its plastic covering on and not been set up so couldn’t watch any tv, no information on how to connect to the WiFi. Couldn’t get fridge to drop down to temperate but freezer was fine, messaged the warden he asked what room I was in then just read my message but never replied. Messaged on booking and was told it someone would be in touch to get issues sorted but this never happened.

Obiekt w centrum Leeds. Czysto, przytulnie.

Ogrzewanie ledwo wyrabia. Na suficie wentylacja z ktorej wieje tak ze sie rozchorowalam. Trzeba bylo recznik upychac by nie wialo.
