Recommend owner gets a smok detector and a professional cleaning done.

The apartment was cutely decorated and had a nice bathtub.

There was a horrible stench of cigarettes throughout the apartment and especially in the bedroom. The host claimed a guest broke the non smoking rule a few days before our arrival and they had aired it out … a bit dubious as the smell seemed to run deeper into the very fabrics of the whole place and only a professional cleaning could possibly help it. If we hadn’t prepaid and had a flight in the morning we would have left for elsewhere & probably should have as sleep was not great .. windows open helped but let in outdoor noise and mosquitoes.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience with booking so far. There was no heating at night time even though temperature outside was 0 degrees at night time, couldn’t use shower as water temperature been jumping from cold to boiling hot to the point my girlfriend burned her skin when using it for the first time. Dishes was dirty and oily, some windows couldn’t been covered. When contacted the landlord and booking they refused to give a refund even though I got proof of landlord being aware of all the issues and never bothered to list it on advert. What kind of policy is this? They gave me 34€ of what they call “a gesture of good will” Protecting their money at all cost and not caring about their customers right at all. Ridiculous service and big disappointment. Avoid this property at all cost and know that if something goes wrong you will never get your money back.

Very comfortable and clean. Good beds and pillows. Excellent communication with the host. I wish it wasn’t a quick stopover on the way to somewhere else. I could have enjoyed another night there.

Nice and helpful host. Easy communication and keys arranged easily. Private parking next to the building, great. Very nice clean and spacious apartment with espresso machine, thanks to the host to enjoy early morning coffee. Great bathroom with bathtub🍝kids loved it. We too

דירה נקייה, בעלת הבית נחמדה ושרותית. המקום רחב ונוח לשהייה. המיקום ממש במרכז העיר ויש חנייה מסודרת בחלקה האחורית של הבניין.

כל תהליך הכניסה לבניין מעט מסורבל. יש 3 דלתות לעבור ולכל דבר יש מפתח משלו, אפילו למעלית (שהיא מאוד קטנה ויותר משני אנשים/אדם עם שתי מזוודות, לא יכולים להיכנס אליה).

Cura ed attenzione agli ospiti in comodo appartamento centrale

L attenzione agli ospiti di Daniela e suo marito é stata molto apprezzata e per nulla scontata, così come il parcheggio per l’auto nel cortile. Appartamento consigliato molto vicino al centro città.

Forse una doccia al posto della vasca sarebbe una soluzione più pratica.

Die Unterkunft war wie immer sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir waren schon oft hier, fühlen uns jedes Mal sofort wohl und würden sie auf jeden Fall unseren Freunden und Bekannten weiterempfehlen.

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte. Für uns war wie immer alles perfekt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Stor, rummelig lejlighed. Ualmindelig god seng. Velfungerende på alle måder. Tryg og god parkering i lukket gård bag huset. Dejligt med elevator. Gode caféer, barer og restauranter lige rundt om hjørnet.

Savnede en almindelig dusch og ikke bare et spabad.

Appartamento molto comodo

Appartamento molto grande. Vasca idromassaggio. Posizione molto comoda, praticamente in centro. Cittadina molto viva il sabato sera, bella movida, in centro città c'erano in giro un sacco di ragazzi.

Appartamento accogliente e ben posizionato a Terni

L’appartamento è davvero carino, molto accogliente e in una buona posizione, perfetta per visitare la città. Eravamo in quattro e ci siamo trovati benissimo: lo spazio era ampio, ben distribuito, ben fornito e soprattutto pulito. Ideale per un soggiorno in tranquillità.

L’unico aspetto un po’ meno piacevole è stato il rapporto con l’host. Sebbene sia stata gentile e disponibile, ci è sembrata un po’ troppo ansiosa riguardo all’eventualità che volessimo organizzare feste. Ci ha persino chiesto un supplemento perché uno di noi era sotto i 25 anni, temendo potessimo danneggiare l’appartamento. In realtà eravamo semplicemente in viaggio per svago e non avevamo alcuna intenzione di fare confusione o invitare estranei.

Mooi groot appartement in het centrum met een leuke bar op de hoek. Met mooie parkeerplaats in de tuin, top!

De inrichting moet je smaak zijn. ( toevallig niet onze smaak) Is bijzonder, lijkt een beetje op een bordeel🤭. Alles rood en wit en hartjes . Mooie badkamer met lelijke spiegel. Een bad en geen aparte douche. Verder prachtig appartement!

Pra mim a melhor acomodação que já estive na Itália . Conforto, luxo, parece casa de filme. Tudo perfeito e funcional. Máquina de lavar, faltou sal e óleo mas tudo bem. Localização boa, elevador só funciona com chave para subir se estiver com mais pessoas alguém vai subir de escadas
