Spacious, clean, comfortable. Thanks for accommodating late check in! Very warm welcome with a generous and delicious breakfast and local cakes! Nearby the waterfalls, which were spectacular.

Perfect Italy stay!

Absolutely everything!! This was the best experience in our 20 years of traveling all over the world! Let me start by saying that the apartment is perfect in every way. Nice and spacious, immaculate, super comfortable beds, perfect location that is very close to train station, secure, gorgeous kitchen and baths. Now it gets better. The family that owns this is amazing! They put out loads of fresh pastries and stocked the refrigerator with deli meats and cheeses, juices and even WINE. They even made homemade spaghetti sauce and provided the pasta for it. They are so nice and accommodating and anticipate your every need. I wish I had more space because this just does not do them them justice. So...If you want to stay at the perfect Umbrian apartment and meet the sweetest people then please don't hesitate. You will not be disappointed!

Consigliatissimo per comodtà e come riferimento per visitare i dintorni

Grande e comodissimo appartamento a meno di un Km dal centro storico. La zona di per sè non è un granchè, ma non importa! Ci si sposta comodamente in macchina e se c'è tempo e voglia anche a piedi per raggiungere le zone più carine. Avendo un comodo parcheggio è ottimo per visitare i dintorni utilizzando la macchina senza problemi. A circa un quarto d'ora dalle Cascate delle Marmore. e 20 min da Narni. Posizione ottima! Appartamento elegante, comodissimo e ben fornito di tutto. Colazione abbastanza ricca, che la proprietaria fa trovare in appartamento.

Casa molto bella ed elegante, con tutti i comfort ed a poca distanza dal centro di Terni. Ottima colazione che ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative. I proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili.
