The house is located near the station, and the city center. With ten minutes walking, you will reach the shopping street, with a lot of cafes. Right on the other side of the building, there is a supermarket. We enjoyed the time staying there in the apartment.

Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno a Terni.

Estremamente corrispondente. Appartamento comodo per due persone dotato di tutti i servizi necessari e ben oltre. Abbiamo utilizzato anche la cucina e devo dire che tutto il necessario era a disposizione. Camera comoda e ampia. Il punto di forza più grande, secondo me, è la totale riservatezza dell'alloggio: nessun rumore proveniente dalla strada e assoluta autonomia nella gestione del check in (online) e del check out. Proprietari molto gentili.

Goed simpel appartement in Terni

Er was veel daglicht vanwege de grote ramen, en het was een goed formaat appartement met fijn keuken.

Op één van de slaapkamers hadden we geen airco, en er was geen wasmiddel of olijfolie aanwezig.

Douche quasiment bouchée donc écoulement très faible, certaines chaises en bois étaient cassées ou réparées mais fragiles.

La posizione, l Aria condizionata e la presenza delle cialde per il caffè.

Abbiamo trovato l appartamento 2 un po' sporco. Le tende della camera da letto macchiate, la doccia poco pulita e l intonaco in cucina staccato. Inoltre abbiamo dormito malissimo a causa dei forti rumori che abbiamo sentito tutta la notte.

L'appartamento in sé per sé carino.

Consiglio al padrone di sistemare alcune cose come ad esempio le persiane della sala tutte e due con ganci rotti, una sedia della sala con un listello rotto. Inoltre la pulizia del pavimento insomma. Era piena ovunque di pelucchi bianchi. Ho dovuto spazzare tutta casa. Forse quelli erano dovuti ad uno straccio utilizzato per la pulizia però insomma ecco. Per il resto buono. Vicino alla stazione

La posizione,. il centro città è raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti. Ci sono bar, ristoranti e supermercati di fronte all'appartamento. È già la seconda volta che vi soggiorniamo e sicuramente ci torneremo. Lo consiglio vivamente

Ci siamo trovati in difficoltà per l'utilizzo della cucina per mancanza di utensili e quelli presenti sono da sostituire... molto consumati es pentole ecc.

Buona posizione e prezzo, ma scarsa attenzione ai dettagli

Prezzo buono

L’appartamento nel complesso va bene per il prezzo, ma la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Inoltre le federe dei cuscini erano strappate, il sapone e il bagnoschiuma quasi finiti, lo spazzolone del WC era in condizioni pessime con residui evidenti,a spugna per i piatti usata e sporca e nessuna bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia in frigo. Le indicazioni per il check-in erano confuse (la stanza con le chiavi aveva una scritta diversa da quella indicata) e le info ci sono arrivate solo all’ultimo momento, poco prima delle 15. Nel complesso può andar bene per una notte, ma la mancanza di attenzione dà un’impressione di poca cura e professionalità.
