Il Gestore è stato davvero gentile e cordiale. Le camere sono ampie e ben arredate con letti belli grandi. Posizione in centro a Terni, molto comoda.
La struttura ha assolutamente necessità di manutenzione. Aria condizionata in camera non funzionante, in pieno agosto .... Non ci sono i doppi vetri alle finestre quindi ogni rumore fuori sembrava averlo in camera, quindi dormito quasi nulla. Il pezzo però davvero inacettabile è la cucina.. noi eravamo in 5 e non c'era la possibilità di usufruirne tutti, ma sopprattutto era sporca, gli attrezzi insufficienti (Non c'era nemmeno qualcosa per scare dell'acqua per un the), padelle rovinate orrende, Anta del frigo smontata.
