Lovely staff, far from the centro storico, close to a bus stop. Close to a great classic Terni restaurant.

Lovely staff, good bed, good shower. Easy to check in and out and overall very relaxed. Close to a great classic Terni restaurant.

It is far from the centro storico, although it is close to a bus stop, the buses don’t run after 22:00, a time which a lot of Italians are still eating. So find a restaurant close to the hotel (which there is) or eat early.

Room was clean. The staff on reception were very kind and helpful.

There is absolutely no soundproofing between the rooms or the floor above. We were disturbed very frequently by others talking, snoring, watching tv. It's a real shame as the hotel was very convenient otherwise.

The apartman is located in a block of flats, a bit far from the city. The staff of reception is perfect, they helped us in everything. We found all the things we needed in the kitchen and rooms.

Anna was wonderful. She made sure I had everthing I needed and wanted... She even went out of her way to get me salt and pepper! Any question I had of where to go she responded super quickly and would even send me a link to the location! The apartment was perfect. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay again

Very good

They bought 22 flats in a complex of circa 300 flats. So you live with other neigbours and other guests. It has a proper reception , easy to navigate. I had a feeling its a hotel and a hotel room but these are small condos/studios with full equipment. Private bath inside, aircon and heating. It gas a big balcony. Lot of free parking plaxes in front of the building complex. Snacl vending machines on the floors in case you need. Big shopping mall just 5mins car ride. Its recommended to stay here.

A whole apartment, with kitchen and balcony for this price. It was great, the place was very clean and I would definitely come back here. For longer stays this would be perfect.

Fit for purpose

A typical Italian breakfast. Accomodation was very good in fact it was an appartment consisting of bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. Staff was extremly friendly and helpfull.

Restaurants and bars are quit far from the hotel, reasonably accessible by car only, what might be certain trouble for wine lovers.

Mancava la carta igienica nel bagno il bidone della spazzatura in bagno era pieno di spazzatura e non pulito il bollitore per acqua non funzionava mancavano le due cialde di caffè

Complessivamente adeguato per un soggiorno di una notte.

La camera non corrisponde alle belle immagini sul sito. La porta aveva ua serratura non funzionante e così ho dormito con la porta aperta. Non c'è riscaldamento in camera a parte una stufetta elettrica. Posizione scomoda per chi arriva con i mezzi pubblici.
