We were just passing through and this suited our purposes just fine. It's adorable!

Once we found the property the host was immediately available, friendly and helpful. It is a very cute stay - lots of character in the decor. Especially the breakfast room! We were sad to hear the host's mother (baker) was ill and not able to bake her famous breakfast torte, but there were some options supplied. We hope she's better!

It was a little awkward to find - perhaps better signage at the gate? The location was great as we arrived from out of town however it wasn't within walking distance to a reasonable dinner establishment. There is a lovely high end restaurant next door but...when travelling sometimes you just want some dinner and nothing fancy. The host had some great suggestions but we would have had to drive to them which we didn't really want to do.

Enjoyed the room, staff very friendly, a bit difficult to find as tight turn off busy road.

Building had been beautifully restored with traditional but comfortable room and excellent bathroom.

Breakfast was poor. No staff on hand, coffee machine in breakfast room didn't work, cereal was stale and no fresh bread or pastries.

Good value for money, comfortable and very helpful owner

Ideal for a one night or short stay. Exceptional helpful owners. Very clean, good self service breakfast, all facilities needed were available, good off road parking. Only two places for evening meal nearby, one rather expensive but very good and extensive menu. Other exact opposite.

Lovely place, definitely recommend

Just an awesome place, clean well designed rooms, fuel station, supermarket at walking distance, 15 - 20 mins from the Lake and waterfalls, early CHeckin, safe parking space, nice friendly hosts - Patricia and her son.

Good place to stay in killing some time between stops

Wonderful hosts, nice seating in the room, balcony, nice breakfast

Could do with more lighting in the bedroom and making it easier to access basic kitchenware like plates/knives/corkscrew. To be fair, we did get some and the hosts were super helpful in providing them to us, but it would take hospitality to the next level :)

Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful B&B with friendly owners that have arranged the whole place with lots of care and attention. We stopped here for one night while travelling to the south and it was a great and practical place to rest and relax a bit. Quiet, cosy and beautifully decorated. Pet-friendly. Classic Italian breakfast with mostly sweet options. Safe parking area. All in all great value for money, we would definitely stay here again.

Cómo estar en tu casa .

Recomendado. Exelente alojamiento, todo impecable buena atención, estacionamiento amplio, fácil de encontrar . El dormitorio te espera con todo lo necesario para una infusión si llegas tarde . El El desayuno con pasta frola casera insuperable¡ Están atentos a todos los detalles. Gracias Patrizia ,Fabrizio y otra señora que no sabemos el nombre .

Visiblemente era muy hermoso la atención súper bien

Para esta época deben reconsiderar que el la calefacción debería ser apagada más tarde ya que la apagan a las 10 pm y reinicia a las 6 y la habitación fácilmente pasa a hacer muy fría

Siamo stati accolti benissimo , il ragazzo molto cordiale e gentile, disponibile , ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli , ci ha anche consigliato degli ottimi posti dove poter mangiare bene 😊. La struttura era mlt curata nei minimi dettagli ,tutto pulito e in ordine , siamo stati davvero mlt bene. 😊

La camera spaziosa e molto carina. La colazione. La posizione è ottima se si ha la macchina e si vuole esplorare il territorio (es. Cascata delle Marmore, Narni). Parcheggio in struttura.

Non c'era il bidet ma uno spruzzino. Poca visibilità per immettersi nella strada uscendo dalla struttura.
