Nice, clean and spacious

Friendly, helpful staff. Newly refurbished apartment, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Close to the Marmore waterfalls.

Lighting could be improved in main living room and shower and also extra basic utensils in the kitchenette, for example, there was no cutting board.

Good and comfortable stay

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious apartment with a big balcony and a nice view. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Maybe add a kettle and a small table near the couch. Otherwise all was perfect.

The location was very good for us. Staff were super nice and helpful.

We expected to have 2 separate bedrooms, not a bedroom and a living room for a family of 4 with a teenager. Absolutely no privacy for the teenager. Living wasn’t clean enough, Housekeeping only changed towels, bedsheets and stocked toiletries, nothing more.

It’s very clean and new! Also spacious. There is free parking lots and close to grocery and restaurants when you drive.

The diffuser is a bit strong for me. But I am generally not used to scent so it’s real personal

It's ok to stay for one night, I wouldn't want to stay longer

Relatively new building, elevator. Upon arrival, beds are already made for children too (single bed and sofa). Towels and disposable soaps and shower gels are available. Both the kitchen/living room area and the bedroom have air conditioners. Very friendly staff.

Although very similar, it was not the apartment I booked. I believe that it is very important to see the apartment shown in the pictures on arrival, but in our case it was not. I booked because of the particularly beautiful view from the balcony, but there was no such view from our apartment. The balcony is large, but with a hole in the wall, where you can see the pipes. Dirty stove. Among the clean dishes are those that are still greasy. There is only a pot available for cooking food, same for boiling water as there is no kettle. The floors didn't seem very clean, because after a couple of hours, the footprints were almost black. If you are traveling with your car and it is large, do not pay and do not use the underground parking, but park your car in front of the house (any free space in front of the house is allowed), because it's very narrow at the bottom and the steep driveway has bumps at the top that scraped the bottom of our car.

Excellent stay

The apartment is very nice and as exacly like shown on pics. The staff great and helpful. The neighborhood very nice, everything you need is in walking distance (supermarket, farmasia, cafe etc). Bus or car to main center of Terne. I highly recommend.

The only good thing about the location is the pizza restaurant across the street.

Air-conditioning was barely working and loud and the fridge in the room certainly needs to be replaced - not cooling at all.

The property is clean and with a small kitchen. The supermarket is 2 min drive away. The staff is helpful. Despite the receptionists don’t speak English, she tried her best to communicate through Google Translate and it worked! And their manager is very helpful to message me in WhatsApp in English to solve your needs.

Spatious appartment, ok for staying overnight with family

Expirience during check out is not worth the husle I experienced with the receptionist. Pretending that she does not understand most basic communication concerning my stay in fluent English, fluent French and basic Italian was unnecessary frustration and 10 minutes of being covertly maltreated for fun from the receptionist.
