The place was very nicely decorated, clean and had all the required facilities. Although not prepared and we had to do all by ourselves, the breakfast was quite good and abundant (not fresh prepared or cooked, just packed foods)

Seating in breakfast - we were in 4 and had only two chairs, so whilst our kids stayed comfortable my wife and myself had to stay standing up.

Loreta (the owner) is a charming lady and a perfect host. The location is not in the centre but it is a great starting point to the nearby Marmore Waterfalls (which is why we booked the accommodation). Very generous breakfast (not just typical Italian croissant and coffe). Beautiful and spotlessly clean room and bathroom. And Netflix TV which you may appreciate if you do not speak fluent Italian.

Absolutely wonderful people and place!

everything was wonderful, there was plenty of food and the owners were the sweetest people I have ever met, even with a language barrier. they helped me find my way to dinner and drove me to the train station.

This isn’t a dislike more of a note, but coming from hostels, my door not being able to lock was slightly off putting.

Very welcoming host. A 5 minute walk to a great pizza place around the corner. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was self-service from a wide variety of choices, including eggs from the owner's own hens. Great yard for lounging, the dog and cats are very friendly too.

everything the place was impeccable. everything you could possibly need. we were made to feel so welcome by owners including our little dog they go above and beyond for hospitality would have no hesitation and recommending will return again in future. must go to nonna Clelia restaurant while there a must food service you won’t be dissapointed thank you

Friendly, charming, cozy place

I wholeheartedly recommend Le Pinelle. The location is charming, set by a culvert of restful-sounding water rushing down from the hills; it's set on a small road which is a short drive, a short bus ride, or a 15 minute walk into the center of Terni. A picturesque setting surrounded by pretty hills and countryside. The innkeepers are a friendly and welcoming couple. The place was cozy and well-appointed, with a kitchenette with snacks, a refrigerator, and a help yourself breakfast and coffee. A cute, friendly cat and dog are outside on the garden-like property (but not in the area of your room). In the nearby area, there is a rooster and church bells, but these are not obtrusive; I generally kept the window open to enjoy the setting, even though I could have closed the window and used air conditioning.

The room I stayed in was very nicely decorated and had a super AC which I found very nice during my stay (I had 35C). Also the owners are very nice and friendly and gave me good recommendations for restaurants.

Splendido B&B nella Bellissima Cittadina Ternese

Difficilmente, quasi mai, mi capita di inserire un Punteggio che non corrisponda al giudizio più eccellente, ma se non così mi limito soltanto ad abbassarmi di un punto, poi nel campo della descrizione inserisco cosa manca o cosa sarebbe da migliorare, questo perchè se un locale si trova in Booking che è una piattaforma sicura si ha già certezza di non trovarsi proprio male. In Questo B&B sono subito andato sicuro inserendo il Massimo Giudizio e, anche Qui senza dilungarmi in troppe parole dico di non esitare se vi occorre soggiornare nella Meravigliosa Cittadina Ternese, perchè tutto il necessario si trova, Massima Disponibilità dei Coniugi Proprietari che pure vivono Lì, perchè è un Ambiente Completamente Familiare e non si può che restarne più che Soddisfatti.

Bellissimo alloggio e proprietaria molto gentile

Il bnb è molto carino, la stanza e il bagno completamente equipaggiati, con tutti i prodotti, gli asciugamani, ecc, più di quanto immaginassi. La cucina equipaggiata e ricchissima di merendine, caffè, tè e e cibi vari con cui fare colazione, anche qui davvero oltre le aspettative! La pulizia impeccabile, la proprietaria di una gentilezza straordinaria. La location molto tranquilla, con il solo suono di un ruscelletto che passa nelle vicinanze.

La location è un po' fuori città quindi non il massimo della comodità per chi non ha l'auto, ma comunque l'autobus ferma proprio nelle vicinanze e le corse sono fino circa alle 7/8 di sera. Se proprio dovessi dare un piccolo suggerimento, si potrebbe aggiungere un microonde che per chi rimane poco tempo sarebbe molto comodo.

Camera piccola ma molto curata e con tutto quello che serve. Location molto bella subito fuori Terni, non comodissima per muoversi senza mezzi ma comunque tutto affrontabile.

Impeccabile

La struttura si trova alle porte di Terni, vicino al Belvedere superiore delle Marmore. Ci ha accolto Angelo, un personaggio, molto simpatico, il quale ci ha spiegato tutto quanto avremmo dovuto sapere sulla casa. Il nostro alloggio si trovava al primo piano, raggiungibile con 25 scalini (15 dei quali abbastanza ripidi). Giunti al pianerottolo ci si trova in una cucina SUPER accessoriata e con ogni ben di Dio per la colazione: non manca proprio nulla, dal dolce al salato. Dalla cucina si accede a due stanze indipendenti, una delle quali era la nostra area privata: una porta che puoi chiudere a chiave, che dà in un piccolo corridoio dove troviamo altre due porte, una per la stanza ed una per il bagno. Stanza molto bella, con aria condizionata e due finestre. Bagno spazioso e super accessoriato. Pulizia impeccabile, lenzuola ed asciugamani forniti, cuscini e materasso della giusta consistenza. Giardino molto bello. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, grazie

Tutto ok. Per cercare il pelo nell' uovo: Le scale un po' ripide. Si consiglia un altro piccolo comodino sul lato destro del letto, per poter appoggiare più comodamente telefono ed oggetti.

Struttura in zona tranquilla, poco distante dalle cascate. Giardino Top. Posto auto pratico. Letto comodo. Doccia ampia. Cucina ben attrezzata e generosamente dotata per colazione/merenda. Gestori gentili e disponibili. Il signor Angelo conosce benissimo Terni e può fornire qualsiasi informazione.
