Very clean, well located apartment, with friendly host.

I booked very last minute, and check in went smoothly! We communicated with 1 phonecall and then through Whatsapp. Most things are automated, which is really cool. Everything was super clean! There some food and drinks available in the kitchen.

There's nothing to be said. I stayed at the apartment alone. There are two rooms for a shared livingroom / kitchen. But that was clear from the description.

La casa era molto pulita, la stanza molto grande, colazione molto ricca e ottima la posizione. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile.

Per un breve soggiorno in quel di Terni, lo consiglio.

La cucina, pulita e fornita di tutto ciò che serve per una ottima colazione. Il tutto è condiviso con l'altra camera presente ma non ci sono problemi. Dentro al frigo sono ben segnati i ripiani relativi alle due camere. Tutto molto curato.

Per un breve soggiorno va tutto molto bene.

Appartamento nuovo a pochi passi dal centro

Una struttura nuova, pulita e arredi curati nel dettaglio. Posizione ottima. L'ambiente comune non aiuta la privacy e la libertà di usufruire della cucina. Penso che il tavolo sia troppo piccolo per 4 persone che non si conoscono.Tecnologia super efficiente ma gestire la temperatura della propria camera in autonomia sarebbe un confort in più.

Gentilezza e cortesia all'accoglienza, molto pulita sia la parte comune che può essere utilizzata sia per la colazione che per una cena autogestita, ingresso all'appartamento ed alla stanza tramite domotica (moto pratico per chi come me viaggia per lavoro e non ha certezza degli orari di arrivo). Camera climatizzata, ben organizzata e completa di tutti i servizi.
