Would pick it again when in Terni

Optimal choice location-wise, comfortable, with all necessities and with a character; you can tell that the host, who sincerely seeks to be helpful and by the way speaks English fluently, has put some effort (and passion) into providing a pleasant accommodation. A plus is the cute balcony. Certainly good value for money!

The internet connection was not great but chances are this was because of the heavy rain I encountered in part of my stay.

Very enjoyable stay, great value.

Everything was great, the location was super, the host was very kind and helpful, the property was very clean and comfortable, the terrace is a great bonus, the air conditioning and wifi worked very well. Great value for the price.

The only thing to mention, you have to go up two floors with stairs, it was not a problem for us, good exercise, but some guests might have a problem with that,

I loved it! Super friendly and Eleonora had some snacks upon arrival. Very nice! There were books and boardgames available and a dartboard. Maybe some plates and fork/knife/spoon would be nice to have in the appartment for breakfast or take away moments, but thats just some minor feedback, you should go out to a nice bistro anyways for food haha 15 minutes walking from the station, 3 minutes from a supermarket. A park right around the corner. Great stuff!

struttura sicuramente consigliata

La struttura è veramente confortevole, ben arredata e funzionale. Ci sono frigorifero, microonde, tv, wifi e condizionatore. Ci sono persino piccoli bidoncini per la raccolta differenziata, con tanto di istruzioni su dove e cosa mettere in ognuno. Un soppalco con un ulteriore letto matrimoniale permetterebbe di ospitare anche 4 persone o una famiglia con bambini. Nonostante il bagno sia piccolo, è apprezzabile che il box doccia sia più grande della solita misura standard. Ottima anche la possibilità di usufruire di un terrazzino con tavolino e sedie, comodo per rilassarsi in tranquillità. Molto apprezzato il piccolo "kit di benvenuto" con snack dolci e salati, acqua, caffè e tisane" Dettagliate le istruzioni ricevute via e-mail per il self check-in e i consigli per il parcheggio. Direi che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è sicuramente ottimo. La posizione è senza dubbio ottima, vicinissima al Teatro Romano e al centro città. Parcheggio a pagamento a 50 metri dall'appartamento (1 euro all'ora dalle 8.00 alle 20.00), oppure parcheggio gratuito a circa 400 mt, che diventano circa 200 per tornare a piedi all'appartamento attraversando un giardinetto pedonale.

Ho trovato solo due cose da curare meglio: - la pulizia, apparentemente ben fatta, ma nel dettaglio ad es. il microonde non era proprio pulito sia fuori che dentro, così come il frigorifero all'interno o i rubinetti e la doccia del bagno con residui di calcare. - i muri, soprattutto quello dell'ingresso, necessiterebbero di una ritinteggiatura

Tranquillità a Terni

La location con un incantevole terrazzino e la presenza di un impianto audio per sentire ottima musica messa a disposizione degli ospiti unitamente a interessanti libri.

La mancanza di una macchinetta da caffè con delle cialde. Il liofilizzato e' per me imbevibile. Inoltre la mancanza di set da bagno sigillati.
