My stay

The room is simply beautiful! There is a balcony door leading to an inner courtyard. The bathroom is large with a small window. Big shower cabin. The TV is state of the art and I was able to watch several crime dramas and films in the original language. BTW my room was serviced during my stay. Andrea is an excellent host and I can't wait to be back!

As others have already stated, there is no access to a kitchen nor a fridge. I took all my meals outside.

Soggiorno essenziale. Necessarie alcune migliorie

Ottima posizione, vicina alla stazione e al centro, fornita di bar per la colazione, in zona tranquilla anche di sera. La camera era pulita, provvista dell'essenziale, con un letto matrimoniale abbastanza comodo, un armadio, una scrivania, tv, condizionatore, wi-fi e bagno privato. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, permettendoci di lasciare i bagagli nello spazio comune fino al pomeriggio prima della partenza.

Essendo due persone in camera, se avessimo voluto mangiare qualcosa, ci saremmo dovute sedere sul letto perché c'era una sedia sola. Inoltre, il bagno era munito di bidet totalmente inutilizzabile perché posizionato talmente vicino al muro che le gambe non entravano; non c'erano appoggi, a parte il lavandino su cui comunque non si poteva posare nulla perché leggermente inclinato (gli oggetti cadevano); un solo rotolo di carta igienica per due giorni ci è bastato a malapena (non ce n'erano altri); la luce dello specchio non si accendeva; alla doccia si staccava la guaina isolante con il vapore dell'acqua calda. Infine, il condizionatore era talmente rumoroso che, pur sentendo freddo, abbiamo dovuto spegnerlo.

Terni è un'altra faccia dell'Umbria, forse meno ricca di storia passata ma non meno valida.

Struttura a poca distanza dalla stazione e dal centro di Terni, ottima come base per escursioni fuori città ma anche per girare in centro. Spaziosa, illuminata, con un curioso terrazzino esterno ad uso esclusivo dove, volendo, prendere una boccata d'aria all'aperto senza lasciare l'alloggio. Titolare disponibile, gentile e premuroso nelle informazioni e per tutta la procedura di accesso all'immobile. Grazie veramente per l'accoglienza e la discrezione.

Qualche gancio per asciugamani/accappatoio in bagno sarebbe auspicabile. Per il resto, tutto ok.

Gita alla cascata delle marmore.

Tutto il contesto era ottimo. Stanza molto grande spaziosa e pulita. Servizi ottimi. Bagno spazioso ,nuovo e pulito. Posizione a due passi dalla stazione e dalla fermata degli autobus che portano alla cascata delle marmore. Dietro la struttura un bar fantastico consigliato dal gentilissimo gestore. Cappuccino e cornetti alla crema come non né ho mai mangiato. Ristoranti, gastronomie pasticcerie e servizi tutto intorno. Un consiglio: Valutate che la domenica stranamente molti ristoranti sono chiusi. Consiglio come base per visitare la cascata delle marmore e altre bellezze umbre.

La mancanza di un porta asciugamani nel bagno e un porta sapone nella doccia.

Camera molto bella e tutto sommato pulita Molto silenziosa

Parecchi capelli e peli nel letto ma sono andati via con una pulita wc che fatica a scaricare Doccia con doppio doccino uno grande e uno piccolo ma la maggior parte dei fori toppati da calcare e manopola che serve per spostare il getto da un doccino all’altro che spara ovunque anche fuori dalla doccia. Qualche piccolo lavoro di manutenzione e accortezza e sarebbe stato perfetto
