Wonderful apartment in an excellent location

Fabulous place to stay! Marco and his father were wonderful hosts, so friendly and always available if needed. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything provided and free parking on site. The location is superb - a short walk into the centre of Terni. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection offered. We will return on our next visit. Grazie mille.

Great accommodation from which to explore Terni!

The location is amazing…just a few steps from centro. It’s easy to find, there’s free parking and fast WiFi. The hosts are kind and welcoming and breakfast is far above the norm for Italian hotels.

The pillows were a bit hard but all else was stellar.

Overnight stay in Terni

Internal private parking facility Rooms (apartments) are spacious and totally equipped for longer stays. The owner is a very kind and helpful person. In a few minutes walking distance from the city centre. Good value for money.

The only drawback were the mosquitoes which one can control in the room but not in the breakfast room.

A large, peaceful, beautiful apartment in a great location with lovely, helpful hosts.

Marco and his father were perfect hosts. The apartment was huge and wonderful and the breakfast was lovely. We arrived very early but Marco kindly let us into our room. The accommodation is right by the old town and there were plenty of places to eat nearby (and a big supermarket not far away if we had wanted to self cater. The kitchen in the apartment was very well equipped) The apartment was quiet and peaceful and we loved our stay there.

A most charming host welcomed us and gave us all the info we needed, including where to find the adapters for UK plugs and explaining a bit more about Terni. Apartment itself is large and equipped for longer stays, which we did not really get to use, stying only one night. Bed is comnfy, there is aircon, bathroom is nice, there is fridge. Free parking in the yard.

Exceptional

My friend and I stayed here for two nights. Marco and Virgilio went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They helped us get to and from the train station, as well as giving a detailed explanation on how to get to the famous nearby waterfall, which was an amazing experience. The atmosphere at Residence Bizzoni is tranquil, with a perfect location but still remaining quiet. My friend and I had a brilliant time. Grazie mille, Marco and Virgilio! - Jenna

come in high summer and cook your own breakfast

no traffic noise, many electric devises ( only an oldfashioned pergolator). daily cleaning (there is a dishwasher but no tablets)

a little outdated. Beware, it is an apatHOTEL so management decides whether to turn on the heating. lighting is poor and not cozy. The back of the hotel is a park but this functions as a meeting place for youngsters. Not any bad behavior but they are not whispering…Breakfast is poor but the Northern European guest gets some cheese and ham. Walls are thin. Many disadvantages but in high summer still a good deal ( not in chilly and rainy May 2023).

Shower cubicle doors needed lots of work to close. The shower hose itself came away from the frame and had not been repaired very well at all.

Best stop in Terni

The residence has a privare parking, good if you have a car. From the backyard you can reach the public park where it is possible to do some sport or visit some roman ruins. The apartment has everything you need and super comfy. In few minutes by foot you reach Terni city center and 10 minutes by car you can reach Marmore waterfall. Breakfast was good, mainly sweet options. Good value for money spent.

Sono già stato ospite presso questa struttura diversi anni fa ed avevo un bellissimo ricordo. Ultimamente sono tornato ed ho avuto di nuovo conferma che il Residence Bizzoni è sinonimo di qualità. Personale disponibile e molto gentile. Struttura e camere fantastiche. Ho dormito benissimo. Lo consiglio assolutamente!!!! Ci tornerò con mia figlia per visitare le bellezze Umbre.

Molto rilassante. Ho respirato aria di vacanza e, al tempo stesso, intimità domestica.

Mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza e la cordialità dell'host. E poi il comfort delle stanze, con riscaldamento efficace e gradevole. Mi è piaciuto tantissimo che le camere affacciassero su un parco in livrea autunnale, una condizione davvero privilegiata. Cucina ben equipaggiata, Infine, comodità assoluta del parcheggio interno.

A cercare il pelo nell'uovo, arredo un po' ordinario (ma molto funzionale) e colazione priva di parte salata tipica (ma per i resto abbondante e di qualità).
