While making the booking, I didn’t understand that we had to share kitchen with other room. as we stayed only one night it was okay with us.

. All was perfect and clean. Central position in Terni. Air./con in all rooms. Toiletries,snacks,drinks in fridge. Brilliant touch with complimentary bottle of wine. Recommend this apartment very highly

Previous guest had smoked in room so needed airing but not owners fault.(This is a non smoking apartment)

Great location downtown and apartment was exceptionally clean and the renovation of the facility was well done.

Location was good. The air conditioner worked well during a heat wave.

The building lacked an elevator and the apartment was located on the third floor. This required lugging our bags up and down which was not a big deal and we tolerated the situation without difficulty.

Excellent expirience

Apartment was perfectly clean. The reality is even better than photos, excellent! The kitchen was fully equipped, there was everything you might need. We got a bottle of great local wine and two bottles of water. The breakfast was prepared in the fridge, so if you get hungry, you can have it in the evening. There was a packed bread and croissants, jam, nutella, many kinds of snacks. There was a coffee machine and fruit juices, coke, milk...even aperol! I can only recommend!

We were asked to leave earlier than is written on Booking, it was a little stressfull for us, we had to pack fast. So we had to wait for our train outside in the city. They told us kindly, that they had to prepare the room for someone coming early in the afternoon, what we fully understand.

Camera accogliente e funzionale, biancheria pulita, bagno piccolo ma ben sfruttato. Cucina e articoli colazione ben suddivisi. Contatto con l'host e accesso alla struttura veloci.

UNICI punti a sfavore: - 3' piano senza ascensore, l'host mi ha avvisata ma solo una volta effettuata la prenotazione (dandomi la possibilità anche di disdire gratuitamente) - materasso troppo morbido, con ahimè riposo difficoltoso - assortimento colazione con troppe merendine invece di biscotti o frutta o formaggio spalmabile, qualcosa di più sano ecco

Era tutto perfetto. La pulizia, l' accoglienza, la comodità, colazione abbondante. Alessandra è stata semplicemente fantastica. Il miglior b&b che ho visitato. Viaggio parecchio e ne visito tanti. Assolutamente consigliato.
