Everything. In the apartment, there was a half-dead bug on the floor, and while we were eating, there was another one walking on the sofa, along with more flies inside the room — all while the windows were closed. In the bathroom there was mold. There was a terrible smell not only in the bathroom; it was spread throughout the entire apartment. We could barely stay there for one night. It was not just an inconvenience — it was a disgusting feeling to stay there, combined with the ignorance of my messages, and a total waste of money. It was not a decent place to stay, and it honestly feels like a scam.

I regret to say that my experience at this establishment fell short of expectations in several aspects. The discomfort of the pillows and bed significantly impacted the quality of rest I could attain during my stay. Moreover, the incessant street noises made it nearly impossible to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The proximity of the air conditioning unit to the bed proved problematic, as the noise it emitted was disruptive and made it challenging to relax. Furthermore, the absence of an elevator to access the 4th floor was quite inconvenient, especially for guests with mobility concerns or heavy luggage. Additionally, I had anticipated a satisfying breakfast as part of my stay, but I was met with disappointment. The offering turned out to be minimal, consisting solely of a cup of coffee, which I found to be a disheartening start to the day. I hope these concerns are addressed to enhance the overall experience for future guests, as the current state of these amenities detracted significantly from what could have been a more comfortable and enjoyable stay

L'host gentilissimo e cordiale....

Nella doccia mancava un'anta e per non fare cadere troppa acqua ci siamo adattati con un asciugamano da corpo come "anta".... Capisco che non era dovuto ma ci poteva lasciare qualche cialda in più per il caffè.....ne abbiamo potuto fare solo uno a persona

Do la sufficienza solo per la gentilezza, per la pulizia e il parcheggio.

Camera rumorosa. Dalle finestre entrano spifferi e rumori e abbiamo riposato malissimo. Carta igienica disponibile: poca e già utilizzata. Gli altri ospiti probabilmente non sapevano della presenza della nostra stanza e la prima notte abbiamo trovato il caos nella cucina, oltre alla loro stanza aperta. Asciugamani disponibili: due per il viso e due per il bidet. Per cui fare la doccia era complesso

L'ingresso attraverso le scale strette e buie, l'apertura del portone suonando il citofono (chiunque lo sappia può aprire il portone) L'odore sgradevole e costante di fogna in risalita dalle tubature, la porta della doccia rotta (si bagna tutto il pavimento durante la doccia) La mancanza del wifi nonostante sia indicata sulla pagina booking

Casa molto bella, da poco ristrutturata, parcheggio sotto casa. Acqua fresca e cialde per il caffè a nostra disposizione appena siamo arrivati. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile. Ottimo prezzo

Malfunzionamento della finestra del bagno che non permetteva di aprirla, 4 piano senza ascensore ma per 1 notte anche 2 o 3 si può fare!! Se già si alloggia per più giorni con delle valige pesanti può risultare scomodo

Appartamento pulitissimo in stabile non ristrutturato

Non lasciatevi condizionare dallo stabile non tenuto benissimo perché l'appartamento è davvero molto bello e dotato di tutto il necessario. Pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile con tempi di risposta pressoché immediati. Nella stanza abbiamo trovato acqua e caffè per la colazione. Appartamento al 4 piano senza ascensore ma i gradini sono bassi e si percorrono facilmente anche con i bagagli. Parcheggio supercomodo sul retro del palazzo..

I 4 piani di scale senza ascensore, in camera faceva 40° e l' assenza di condizionatore, in bagno non c' era neanche la carta igienica, e dopo aver avvertito i proprietari di ciò , nessuno ha fatto nulla. Di fatto dopo un sola notte da incubo, anziché due notte pagate, siamo andati la mattina dopo. Pessima esperienza

Ci siamo sentiti poco liberi e spesso in imbarazzo nel condividere gli stessi ambienti.

L'arredamento.

Il fatto che ci fosse l'ingresso in comune, il corridoio in comune, per andare in bagno fosse obbligatorio passare dal corridoio in comune, la cucina e tutti gli elettrodomestici/stoviglie in comune, il palazzo in condizione fatiscente, il cigolio continuo delle porte, il fatto che l'appartamento si trovasse al quarto piano, internet non è mai andato (la password per il wifi non funziona), da rilevare inoltre il cattivo odore che gli scarichi del bagno emettevano. I lati negativi dell'appartamento non erano scritti in maniera adeguata e comprensibile nella presentazione della pagina booking (il fatto che l'appartamento fosse al 4° piano senza ascensore era scritto solo in inglese nella parte riguardante il protocollo COVID, per segnalare tutte le zone in comune è scritto solo a fianco della cucina, non viene citato il fatto che l'appartamento si trovi in un palazzo fatiscente). Il proprietario non si è mai fatto vedere, si è limitato a rispondere al telefono.

Struttura pulitissima, camera spaziosa e ben arredata. Era finita la carta igienica e dopo poco la proprietaria è venuta molto gentilmente a portarla

La stanza puzzava terribilmente di fumo! Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo dovuto spalancare le finestre e tenerle aperte per diverse ore, nonostante ciò, la mattina dopo i vestiti puzzavano di fumo.

La camera in generale è super bella anche la posizione del appartamento è quasi centrale proprio.

Innanzitutto è al quarto piano senza ascensore e il bagno centrale non ha un buon odore e anche un pochino freddo anche con il riscaldamento funzionante.
