Cute place!

Comfy room, AC works great, close to Marmore Falls, and Piediluco lake. Nice host, communicative, helpful, and available. Free parking around the building.

Good clean appartment in a not so nice area

It was very clean and quiet and equipped well. The hostess was lovely and helpful and communicated very well.

The immediate neighbourhood made us feel a little uncomfortable with people loitering and we witnessed an altercation between a group of men and a single man and vandalism of vending machines

Never stay again and not recommend

Only the location to centre , bus stops and train station . Security was good and safe . Easy check doors apart from opening doors !

Everything ! rough on the outside and not like photos . kitchen utensils were dirty and old . no control of air conditioning! very hot at night and during the day . 26-27 degree . We aren’t Italians !! Communication when fixing the door was not acceptable nor any communication of how we were and any problem to message . always have this with accommodations. pictures not really up to standard . Front door key a joke !!!! Not worth the money at all . we paided less or same for better standards of facility and clean . hair found on bed . not good and run down apartment

Good for the Price

The apartment was easy to excess and was in total very much what I expected for the low price. The host was quick to answer any questions I had.

The apartment was a bit "run down" (it was still very much usable and liveable!) the wallpaper was loose, cabins a bit broken...

The Perfect Place To Stay in Terni!

The apartment is super clean; the rooms, the bathrooms, even the kitchen was spotless! The location is very strategic, it’s about 5-10 mins walk to the historical city centre and it’s close to convenience store and other shops and cafes. The staff that helped us with the check-in was really helpful and thoughtful. I highly recommend La Casa Rosa!

Nice little apartment

Very nice place, clean and spacious enough with well equipped kitchen. It was extremely hot outside, so the air-conditioning was highly appreciated. Easy check in, building was quiet, and located not far away from the train station. Very nice bathroom. We had a lovely stay there, I recommend the place

very comfortable stay

The property was in a very nice location and it took only 10mins to reach the city centre. The guest house was clean and has lots of beds, the room were very modern and the kitchen had all the essentials (plates, utensils, microwave, frying pan). The guest house owner was available and reachable at any time and she was very friendly too. I reccomend and definitely stay again here in the future

The beddings of the sofa-bed had stains but overall everything was very clean and modern looking

Dettagli poco curati. Lampadine in bagno non funzionanti. Pressione dell'acqua in bagno molto bassa. Impossibilità di regolare i riscaldamenti. Materasso poco comodo. Neanche una bottiglia di acqua per gli ospiti.

La proprietaria molto disponibile , piccola pecca nella pulizia , un po' rumorosa visto la posizione , ma tutto sommato buon rapporto , consiglio vivamente..

Direi che è tutto un buon rapporto , se vogliamo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, forse troppo caldo in casa ,, ma punti di vista
