Excellent little apartment for two. King sized bed, a good sized refrigerator, a kettle and coffee maker, and most importantly, air conditioning! We visited when it was quite warm and the A/C worked great. The host was quick to respond, it was easy to check in and out. We would stay here again if we come back to Terni!

Exceptionally clean, good air con, good shower, very comfortable, beautifully appointed modern apartment, great security, excellent instructions and communication from host, felt a very safe area, good parking next to apartment, easy walk to shops and restaurants
All good, an iron would be a nice addition.
