Great stay

The apartment was very spacious, nicely decorated and importantly very clean. The location was great with easy parking on the street and supermarket and cafeterias nearby. The owner was also very easy to contact also in English and when we had an issue with the electricity going down he came to help in less than 5 minutes.

The only issue i could find is that there is no elevator so you have to go up the stairs on the 2nd floor. Also it would have been nice to change the towels, provide toilet paper and soap and clean a bit more frequent on extended stays. Nevertheless supermarket is nearby to get what you need and I don't complain, I would gladly stay again.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. We really enjoyed it

The place is very well located, closed to center and shipping areas. The host was very kind, he welcomed us in person, even gave us the key card to enter the accommodation and when we accidentally left it inside and we could not enter back, he resolved it immediately. The accommodation was very comfortable, well decorated, and had all the amenities. We strongly recommend it.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you're welcomed by a cozy living room that opens up to a beautiful balcony with a peaceful view of nature. It feels calm, scenic, and instantly puts you at ease. To the left, there’s a small, charming kitchen (I really appreciated the clear system for separating waste — plastic, paper, bio waste — which shows great care for the environment). Walking down the hallway, you’ll find a large, stylish mirror that really stands out and adds a lovely touch to the space. The bedroom is quite spacious, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom is practical and well-equipped — everything felt just right.

There are just a few small things that could make the experience even better: The bathroom door is sliding panel,slightly translucent (more like frosted glass), which looks stylish but doesn’t offer full privacy since it doesn’t close or lock completely. Also, it would be nice to have some seat cushions on the balcony chairs for added comfort. In the kitchen, I would have appreciated bigger knives, a wooden cutting board instead of plastic and a wooden spatula — small additions that would make cooking more enjoyable. Despite these small things, the stay truly felt special.🙏

Thank you for a lovely place to stay during our adventures home from Assisi!

We needed to spend one night traveling from Assisi (we couldn't get home due to the railway strike) and stayed in this apartment. The owner was very kind; he met us personally, showed us the apartment, and allowed us to check in earlier. The apartment is in perfect condition, has a great design, and is equipped with everything we need; the Wi-Fi works perfectly, and there is a beautiful view from the window of the mountains. The settlement is close to Terni's bus stops, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent. Thank you, and we will return (because we didn't have time to see Terni, particularly the famous waterfalls).

It would be nice to have an electric kettle (but the owner said he was planning to buy one), maybe a hanger for outerwear near the front door.

Struttura perfetta

Ho avuto un’esperienza davvero ottima. Il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile fin dal primo momento. La struttura era perfettamente pulita, tutto in ordine e conforme alle foto pubblicate. L’ambiente è accogliente e curato nei dettagli, ci si sente subito a proprio agio. Anche la posizione è strategica e comoda per spostarsi. Mi sono trovato benissimo, lo consiglio assolutamente e ci tornerei volentieri.

Tolle, saubere Unterkunft in zentraler Lage!

Das Appartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es ist super sauber und der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Die Lage ist perfekt, zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Restaurants, Supermarkt und Café in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da wir öfter in der Gegend geschäftlich zu tun haben, werden wir definitiv wieder kommen. WLAN perfekt, Klimaanlage/Heizung und Smart-TV vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Genossen haben wir auch die Sonne auf dem kleinen Balkon ;-) Alles rundherum perfekt!

Bellissimo e ben curato

L'appartamento è nuovissimo, appena ristrutturato. Curato in ogni dettaglio e ben arredato. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati, il letto molto comodo e il bagno confortevole e pulito. Il proprietario molto disponibile e rapporto qualità prezzo straordinario.

L'assenza di ascensore per un terzo piano è stata pesante. Eravamo in viaggio da 15gg e quindi con valige pesanti e grandi per ovvi motivi, è stata una tortura salirle per 3 piani a piedi. Un'altra cosa che migliorerei è assolutamente l'inserimento di un forno a microonde per scaldare un the o un latte senza dover usare pentole da lavare. In più completamente assente uno strofinaccio: i piatti vanno lavati a mano perché manca una lavastoviglie (assolutamente zero igiene se si pensa che vengono usate da persone sempre diverse e mai igienizzate in lavastoviglie) ma una volta lavati dove le si asciuga?

La casa è arredata con estremo gusto ed è comoda e accogliente. Soddisfa tutte le esigenze di un comodo alloggio fuori casa. Il proprietario è stato disponibile nonostante si sia arrivati un po' in anticipo e ci ha guidati in maniera efficace al ceck in da remoto.

la ciliegina sulla torta sarebbe stata la disponibilità di un ascensore.

Piacevolmente stupita

La casa è nuova e arredata molto bene. Dotata di tutti i comfort. L’host è stato gentilissimo e nonostante fossimo arrivati a mezzanotte ci ha comunque permesso di fare in autonomia il check in ed accedere all’appartamento. Era tutto molto pulito.

Appartamento nuovo di zecca

Appartamento super! Nuovo di zecca..ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Un bel bilocale molto spazioso e pulito. Zona molto tranquilla e si trova facilmente posto sotto casa.

Da sottolineare che l’appartamento si trova al 3 piano e purtroppo non è presente l’ascensore. Ahimè, mi aspettavo più di 2 cialde per la macchinetta del caffè… per il resto ci siamo trovati più che bene.

Host disponibilissimo anche se non presente fisicamente, ha risposto alle nostre chiamate sempre e ci ha permesso l’accesso da remoto nonostante non avessimo comunicato un orario di arrivo. Appartamento molto ben arredato e confortevole con tutto ciò che è necessario compresi i saponi da bagno

La struttura è bene tenuta ed in un palazzo tranquillo ma è al terzo piano senza ascensore. Per noi nessun problema ma va tenuto in conto. Le lenzuola per il livello dell’appartamento potrebbero essere di qualità migliore.

Soggiorno piacevole

La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla, ma vicina al centro. Il check in e il check out sono semplici e veloci grazie all'organizzazione e alla disponibilità dell'host. Luminosa, molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort principali (doppio condizionatore, letto comodo, bagno nuovo, piano a induzione, tv, macchina del caffè con cialde). Il soggiorno è stato breve, ma piacevole.

Alcuni consigli per rendere l'appartamento ancora più efficiente sarebbero: una padella adatta per il piano a induzione, degli strofinacci da cucina o uno scolapiatti e magari una scopa con il raccoglitore. Nulla di negativo ma solo consigli!
