L'appartamento è al piano terra e si trova in una zona da cui si raggiunge facilmente il centro a piedi e dove è facile parcheggiare. L'host è stata veramente cordiale e puntuale nel fornirci le istruzioni per il self check-in (dato il nostro orario di arrivo non le era possibile accoglierci) e check-out. L'appartamento è nuovo e ben rifornito, dotato anche di un piccolo spazio esterno dove si può mangiare. Ha una camera da letto, un divano letto e un bagno, così come una cucina. È fornito di tutto il necessario, dal bollitore, ad uno stendipanni e all'asciugacapelli. Vengono fornite lenzuola e asciugamani puliti.
Unica piccola pecca: nel bagno rimane un leggero odore di fogna, ma niente di intollerabile.
