Great stay, if you don't mind smokers
Overall the placed we stayed at was really lovely. The rooms and washroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen was usable and as always a bonus of a washing machine is always greeted with joy. The host was very friendly and we enjoyed practicing our little bit of italian with her.
Smoking seems to be allowed in the room, the place smells like cigarette and as such our clothes did too by the end of it. Slightly unfortunate as overall it was a really nice stay. (it may say this in the description and I just didn't see it)

The location is Great! Just a 5 minute walk to the City Center
WIFI signal was really bad. Sometimes non existent! Not enough water pressure in the shower!!

Small apartment full of character with great amenities and in excellent location
No hassles with check in. The host was very friendly and available for any questions. The apartment is small and clean and has all the basic amenities and is in an old convent, adding to the Italian experience. It is very centrally located. It is a 15 minute walk from the train station and bus terminal (where you can get transport to the Marmore Falls. There is an abundance of supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby and within walking distance. It is also very quiet and Terni is a lovely city to explore.

Appartamento ben curato, un bel bagno con lavatrice. Ottima la zona e vicinissimo parcheggio sia gratuito che a pagamento
Il lettino nel salotto non era pulitissimo. Tanti capelli e le lenzuola sapevano di fumo...per fortuna la lavatrice ci ha salvato e, da soli ci siamo lavati tutto da soli. Wi-fi non funziona bene a causa delle pareti antiche..peró qualche repeater non farebbe male.

Un piccolo problema nella doccia si doveva tenere in mano il telefono della doccia non è molto comodo soprattutto se ti devi lavare i capelli...
