Fabulous apartment

Beautiful, comfortable apartment. Fantastic views from the balcony. Wonderful place.

It was a bit hot. However, the host promptly had a floor standing fan delivered. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole building is GREEN, so it doesn't have air-conditioning. The fans were adequate in 34⁰, we slept soundly.

It was a great stay. We plan on coming back the next time we are in Rome.

The apartment is very sunny and big for two people , with beautiful paranomic view and terraces that I like a lot! the location is good, walk from center 20-25mins, the surrounding there is supermarket and safe. inside we found everything we need! even some music and chocolate ahah the instructions are clear and the host is very nice! fully deserves the money

Ottima esperienza

Posizione top, casa grande e accogliente, ben arredata ed attrezzata, appartamento silenzioso. Sono presenti due camere separate oltre al salotto con divano, in 4 nessuno ha dovuto dormire sul divano letto, inoltre è molto comodo che ci siano 2 bagni. Vista dall'alto top. Nel complesso un'ottima esperienza.

Non perfettamente pulita (ho trovato gruppi di capelli in bagno) e priva di aria condizionata (è Agosto e fa molto caldo), sono presenti solo due ventilatori che migliorano la situazione ma non bastano.

Una grande delusione.

L'unica cosa che mi è piaciuta è la posizione dell'appartamento e la sua ampiezza.

Beh ragazzi non ci siamo, la pulizia è da rivedere. Il tappeto in cucina non vedeva l'aspirapolvere da un bel po'. La doccia: terribile il portasapone aveva così tanta ruggine e sporcizia che avevo paura di avvicinarmi. Poi l'arredo vecchio e confusionario. La tazza del wc era ancora strisciato dall'ultima seduta di qualcuno che ne deve aver fatta tanta... tavolino in cucina se ti appoggiavi per sbaglio rischiavi che il pezzo sopra ti cadesse sui piedi perchè rotto... ci sarebbero altre cose da dire ma mi fermo qui dicendo che x 100€ in più andavo in hotel e avrei fatto una scelta migliore.

Il fatto di non avere una persona di riferimento con cui parlare a voce...La complessità della procedura per ritirare le chiavi e l'estrema scomodità del quartiere che ho dovuto raggiungere a piedi come donna sola e sinceramente ho avuto paura essendo isolato in mezzo alla campagna con una strada di scorrimento senza marciapiedi adatti ai pedoni

ottima la posizione, il centro di terni si raggiunge agevolmente a piedi, il fabbricato è nuovo ed il 15° piano offre una vista panoramica su terni

Peccato

Appartamento dall'arredamento vetusto con parecchie pareti da riattare perché scolorite o ancor peggio rovinate dall'umidità. Asciugamani puzzolenti e stoviglie stivate sporche. Un peccato perché l'ubicazione è perfetta e ci vorrebbe davvero poco per rendere tutto più gradevole. Da dire che è bello ampio e potrebbe offrire tanto e per questo meriterebbe più amore da parte del suo gestore.

Comodo e centrale

Appartamento ben arredato in posizione molto centrale. L'appartamento è grande e abbastanza pulito. Lo staff non lo abbiamo incontrato però le indicazioni per entrare sono state chiare e efficienti

Seppure fosse dotato di due bagni siamo stati costretti ad utilizzarne solo 1 perché il secondo bagno era sprovvisto di tavoletta del wc, lo abbiamo segnalato ai proprietari.
