Mi è piaciuto l'appartamento che era grande e l'attrezzatura della cucina che era abbondante. La casa ha molte potenzialità ma sono poco sfruttate. Ottimo il parcheggio.
Non mi è piaciuta la luce dell'appartamento, tutte lampade a basso voltaggio, così che si vedesse poco, non mi è piaciuto che l'unica via di comunicazione fosse la mail, perché quella telefonica era inesistente. Cosicché il lavandino del bagno otturato lo dovuto sturare io, il condizionatore della sala rotto...me lo sono tenuto rotto. Non ottimo l'isolamento acustico è facile sentire i vicini
