Appartamento pulito, ma cambierei ogni fine soggiorno i foulard sul divano. Metterei più attenzione nella pulizia dell'angolo cucina e sui balconi. Pulito il bagno.

Appartamento con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, anche se con diversi rumori di condominio

Appartamento comodo per il fatto di avere 2 camere, una doppia e una singola. Letti comodi. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono e parcheggio sempre disponibile sotto casa.

Purtroppo i muri sono di "carta" e si sente qualsiasi rumore, sia proveneinte dal condominio che da fuori. Stoviglie migliorabili.

L’appartamento è spazioso ed è positivo che ci sia un ampio parcheggio accanto al palazzo.

Purtroppo c’era odore di animali e il copri divano era pieno di peli di animali (cane o gatto?) e i peli si sono attaccati ai nostri vestiti…

Redelijk appartement, maar niet comfortabel, en niet goed schoon.

Badkamer, de ruimtes, rolluiken, kon goed luchten, balkon. Gratis parkeren.

Keuken, fornuis/oven waren vies, ook alles in keukenkast niet schoon. Diepvries niet schoon,. Geen fatsoenlijke koffie/theekoppen/bekers. Geen 2 dezelfde wijnglazen.

Un ottimo appoggio per stare a Terni vicini al centro

Struttura molto ben organizzata ed accogliente, molto luminosa, molto spazio e accessori per abitare, cucinare e pulire. Doccia e acqua calda perfette. Wifi funzionante molto bene. Distanza dal centro minima, e raggiungibile a piedi. Parcheggio grandissimo e gratuito.

La pulizia della casa era parziale, alcuni locali molto puliti(bagno, camera matrimoniale), altri no (freezer sporco, polvere sotto il letto della camerina, alcuni bicchieri non proprio lindi)
