Pulizia, disponibilità e cortesia dei gestori, le dimensioni dell'appartamento, la qualità degli arredi, il fatto che in 20-30 minuti di macchina si raggiunge qualsiasi punto di interesse nei dintorni
Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, la posizione un po' scomoda da raggiungere per via delle strade strette e il fatto che la sera bisogna girare un po' per trovare un posto auto, ma nulla di particolarmente disagevole.
Mancano anche i negozi di alimentari e bar nelle vicinanze, ma basta organizzarsi e il problema non si pone

The host was excellent. We received a very warm welcome and a clear introduction to the house upon arrival, which made everything easy from the start. During our stay, we accidentally locked the key inside the house, which could have been quite stressful. However, after contacting the host, he responded quickly and helped us resolve the issue within a couple of hours. We really appreciated their responsiveness and kindness. Throughout the stay, communication was always smooth — the host was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help.
The location is another strong point. The house is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, surrounded by locals. People in the area were very friendly and would greet us in the mornings. There is no noise from traffic or trains, so the environment is perfect for resting and sleeping well. At the same time, it’s very convenient if you have a car — a large supermarket is only about a 5-minute drive away.
The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. The space is quite generous, especially the living room, which is easily suitable for 3-4 people. We especially loved the natural light — when the large windows are opened, sunlight fills the kitchen and living area, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Having breakfast there in the morning sun was a simple but memorable pleasure.
Everything was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was spotless, with fresh white towels, and the bedding was soft and of very good quality. We slept extremely well. We also noticed small thoughtful details, such as the delicate embroidery on the pillowcases.
The temperature in both rooms was comfortable and easy to adjust. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including cookware, tableware, and useful extras like salt, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator (which we found quite charming, especially its red color).
Overall, the property offers great value for money, and we would be very happy to return in the future.

La casa si trova nella periferia di Terni, è ben posizionata e in pochi minuti si può andare in centro città o alle cascate delle marmore o al lago di piediluco. Posizione perfetta
La casa pulitissima e confortevole, Diego che ci ha accolto è stato gentilissimo e consigliato molte e diverse opportunità sia come luoghi in cui fare passeggiate che per degustare i prodotti tipici umbri. Da ritornare sicuramente!
