Assolutamente sconsigliato
Ho pensato molto se rilasciare una recensione dato che, di fatto, non ho potuto usufruire dell’alloggio. Purtroppo al mio arrivo ho trovato all’interno 10 gradi e stavo assiderando, tant'è che non ho potuto fare la doccia (la prima cosa che faccio quando rientro dopo lo stress di una giornata). Chiamo la proprietaria che mi rispondere di azionare mediante termostato i riscaldamenti, benissimo, peccato che per portare l’appartamento a temperatura non sarebbero bastate almeno 4 ore. Allora chiedo di poter accendere la pompa di calore nel frattempo, mi viene risposto che il telecomando lo avevano portato via in quanto era previsto l’uso solo come condizionatore (era antieconomico usarlo nella funzione riscaldamento). Allora mi sono innervosito e, in accordo, mi sono dovuto trovare un altro alloggio all’ultimo minuto rimettendoci tempo e denaro. L’importo pagato mi é stato rimborsato tramite Booking ma in tanti anni che viaggio e in tante strutture nelle quali sono stato non mi era mai successo nulla di simile! Mi è stato risposto che per quanto pagato non potevano tenere i termo accesi e che avevo prenotato un appartamento non una stanza d’albergo (l’inserzione infatti parlava di appartamento e quello avevo pagato). Ho trovato assolutamente fuori luogo un atteggiamento del genere ed il voler far passare a tutti i costi me dalla parte del torto. Assolutamente bocciata la gestione ed assolutamente sconsigliabile!! Non ho voluto denunciare l’accaduto a Booking (sono utente Genius, ma lo avrebbero proprio meritato)!
