Everything was perfect, host was very helpful and kind. Bus stop and train station nearby, 15 minutes walk to the port, everything just great!! I can highly recommend it:)

A great base! We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Nice. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed — plus the air conditioning was a real bonus during the current heatwave. The location is excellent: just a short walk to the train station, making it easy to explore the coast. Villefranche-sur-Mer is only one stop away and absolutely worth a visit. It’s also a few minutes’ walk to the marina with great shops and restaurants, or about 30 minutes on foot to the old town. There’s a Carrefour supermarket practically next door, which was super convenient. There are some construction works in the area, so at first glance it might not look like the nicest spot, but it’s absolutely fine — and we had no noise issues at all, as we were out exploring most of the day. The apartment also has the bonus of two balconies, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Speaking of which, a lovely bottle of local wine was waiting for us on arrival — and Diane was incredibly accommodating throughout. Highly recommend this place as a base for exploring the French Riviera.

The bed is a small double so if you struggle it may be worth asking for the sofa bed to be made up too as it is big, or ask for additional sheets to be left just in case.

Der geschlossene Balkon.

Sehr laute Bewohner in der Etage über der Wohnung. Die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung. Man hört wenn jemand in der Etage über dieser Wohnung geht oder Duscht. Alte Töpfe mit defekter Teflonbeschichtet. Nur ein Geschirrhandtuch und nur eineinhalb Rollen Toilettenpapier. TV Gerät kann keine Fernsehsender anzeigen. Das abgebildete Bett gibt es nicht ! Das vorhandene Bett hat eine Vorstehende Holzkante an der wir uns einige male sehr stark gestoßen haben. Die Toilette ist unansehnlich und gefährlich, da der Klodeckel nicht richtig befestigt ist. Er rutscht zur Seite weg. Die Belüftung in der Toilette ist nicht mechanisch, so das die luft nicht abzieht. Die Wohnung ist mit Sicherheit nicht frisch renoviert ! Sämtliche Schränke und Schubläden riechen muchelig. Unbenutzbar ! Bad hat keine Steckdose. Es gibt keine Steckdose in der Nähe eines Spiegels mit der man sich richtig die Haare föhnen kann. Alle sind zu tief angebracht. Die Eingangstür schließt sehr schlecht. Die Müllorganisation ist unbefriedigend. Der an das Wohnzimmer angrenzende Balkon ist nicht nutzbar, da in direkter Nähe ein Haus gebaut wird. Sehr lauter Baulärm der sicherlich auch noch die nächsten Monate anhält. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr lauten vermüllten Umgebung. Es hat uns nicht gefallen !
