Apartment with parking in Nice near the harbor

Por no ser un piso moderno está en excelente estado, tiene todo lo que podes llegar a necesitar, hasta cosas por demás, Natalia la anfitriona muy atenta. Cuando llegamos teníamos agua, café, todo para lavar ropa ! Excelente ! Un tema para destacar el parking ! Es clave en esta zona !! A 3 cuadras del apartamento ! Súper cómodo !

Que no tenga elevador, que no tenga aire acondicionado en el cuarto,

Lovely apartment in a great part of town. Excellent communication from host throughout, Free parking only a few minutes away was a real bonus.

The location was great. It was spacious and very clean. Natalia was very kind and accommodating.

The Host is a lovely person. Kind, Very helpful, always attentive to phone calls. The place is very well located for those who want to be in central Nice and have the ability to move towards the surrounding towns etc. The apartment is has an adequate space, clean, there are ACs in the Living Room and Kitchen Area. Many facilities in the apartment, towels, hairdryer, kitchen appliances, relaxing sofa.

The apartment was very clean and very well facilitated however the COCKROACHES......! That was horrible. It is a good thing we did not cook in the apartment. We planned on doing so but we saw that the minute we had brought food into the kitchen area, there were some unnecessary and disappointing cockroaches around :(. It was not at all fun to wake up next to cockroaches in such a clean apartment. Horrendous. It was also a very noisy location, but that was expected being an apartment on a main road in Nice with many shops, restaurants etc. There are no ACs in the bedrooms, as it was quite hot, this would have been good. (this should be clearly mentioned - that there are in the other areas). The toilet was leaking, we called but had to manage to fix it ourselves if not too much water would have been wasted, and the water bills would have surely been affected for the owner. Taping the key to the railing opposite the entrance of the building was very scary and unprofessional. We thought that it was a joke until we realised that is was real. I now understand that we are allowed to have 'secret places' for keys according to Booking.com
