Appartement très spacieux. Ttes grande terrasse avec mobilier, transats, salon de jardin, coin repas, exposée Sud Est, abritée par les stores. Climatisation. Cuisine très bien équipée. Un plaisir d’y cuisiner, Vue dégagée sur le mont Boron, sur la colline du château et le port. Calme le soir pour dîner dehors avec vue sur les collines éclairées
Le bruit extérieur en journée. La circulation rue Arson le matin et la proximité des écoles en journée en semaine

Large terrace was great, though needs some care, we had to pull up weeds knee high to go outside
Only 1 toilet and that was too hot with the door closed. Sofa bed uncomfortable and excessively squeaky any time you move

Great location near the port & tram line and not too far from the old town.
Needs a second a/c unit in the bedroom. On a very busy, noisy street. Needs a new mattress for the bed, old soft one currently.

La casa era piena di formiche, un solo foglio di carta Scottex, poca carta igienica, l esterno era molto trascurato, il prezzo molto caro per quello offerto, quando siamo arrivati il luogo dove dovevamo ritirare le chiavi doveva essere aperto invece era chiuso (chiavi lasciate in key box)
