Nice apartment, well located, walking distance to Old Nice and main highlights. AC is very much appreciated in July.

Die Wohnungsgröße ist gut, es gibt einen Balkon, eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, es gibt Wlan, eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen; Küchenausstattung, alles sauber, das Bad ist groß, die Lage ist ziemlich gut, man kann schnell das Zentrum mit der Straßenbahn erreichen. Das Haus ist sauber, es gibt einen modernen Lift.
Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer ist nicht komfortabel, die Matratze gehört gegen eine bessere ausgetauscht, sowie die Größe des Betts ist auch zu schmal, die Bettwäsche muss man auch austauschen, eine Baumwollbettwäsche (von IKEA wäre voll ausreichend und viel angenehmer), die Polster sind auch unbequem! Die Müllcontainer sind unter dem Fenster, man riecht das, wenn das Fenster offen ist. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung fein und hat guten Preis-Lesitungsverhältnis.

Great location, spacious, clean, easy check in. Close to the port and many restaurants. It was perfect for our family and we will likely be back.
The cot was in a cupboard so we did not see it at first.

距离海边有点距离，但是休闲度假，慢慢走到海边也不累，需要20分钟左右。楼下就有去摩纳哥的公交车，很方便！
室内的椅子是铁的，坐着不舒服，配上厚坐垫就完美了。
