Location was a little out of way for most things by walking, but very close to train/bus station. Very close to a big shopping mall where we did all of our necessary shopping.
It was a little difficult to find the keys, but the host managed to lead me to the right path during a video call. I am lucky that we checked in during t he day.

Appartement très calme et lumineux, petit mais confortable et bien optimisé.
Une petite terrasse pour prendre le café du matin très agréable.
Propreté impeccable, bien équipé.
Literie confort.
C'est un peu excentré mais l'avantage c'est qu'on se gare très bien dans les alentours, et si on aime marcher en 20-25 minutes on est dans le centre de Nice sans le problème de devoir se garer en pleine ville.
