Le Francis - Riquier Port de Nice

I really felt like home, very clean, everything you need, a/c which was a real treat during these days, washing machine, internet etc. And a really excellent location: 3 minutes away to Nice Riquier train station with trains going along the coast, 10-15 minutes walking to the port (with nice restaurants and views), 15 minutes walking to place Garibaldi where the old city starts and 25-30 minutes walking to the beach and promenade. A lot of small restaurants and pastry shops around (the closest being at the ground floor) and supermarkets.

Marion was so easy to communicate with and provided very helpful local information. Location was excellent, minutes away from the Old Town and the seafront. There was plenty of public transport beside the apartment, this included trams and trains. The apartment itself was really well equipped and as clean as a whistle. I would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was very bright and spacious and the location was good.

There was an issue with the hot water, where it did not work on the second day. This was reported and apparently solved but we had to return keys and then retrieve them again. There still was persistent issues and the hot water would only remain hot for less than 3-5 minutes in the shower, then run cold and had to wait 15-20 minutes for it to run hot again before showering so must be an issue with the water tank.
