l’appartamento è appena ristrutturato, molto comodo e nuovo. Le stanze sono perfette per ospitare 4 ospiti; con l’aggiunta del divano letto si arriva tranquillamente a 5 (comodo anche questo). Per l’acqua calda c’è il boiler ma non abbiamo avuto problemi a lavarci tutti. In casa ci sono tutti i comfort, aria condizionata, cucina attrezzata, due phon di cui uno con diffusore. Il proprietario della struttura è scrupoloso, presente e molto disponibile a dare tutte le info necessarie per il check-in ma anche per visitare la città e dintorni. Infatti allega una vasta selezione di ristoranti e luoghi, molto apprezzato!

Essendo al primo piano è molto vicino al ristorante sottostante per cui bisogna stare attenti a stendere i panni altrimenti potrebbero avere odori di cucina, per questo consiglio di inserire in struttura uno stendino. Piccolo consiglio per il bagno: mettere dei ganci (anche quelli adesivi se non si vuole bucare) per poter appendere più asciugamani Ciò che ho segnalato sono piccolezze, infatti ho dato 10 ma potrebbero fare la differenza per i futuri ospiti :)

The apartment was very bright and spacious and the location was good.

There was an issue with the hot water, where it did not work on the second day. This was reported and apparently solved but we had to return keys and then retrieve them again. There still was persistent issues and the hot water would only remain hot for less than 3-5 minutes in the shower, then run cold and had to wait 15-20 minutes for it to run hot again before showering so must be an issue with the water tank.
