Nice french Riviera, parking, Tram L1 AU PIED de l'immeuble

Nous avons aimé l'accueil très sympathique, la propreté de l'appartement, son aménagement: rien ne manquait, sa situation très pratique avec le tram au pied de la résidence, nous avons bien apprécié la climatisation avec la canicule, la décoration avec goût et la cerise sur le gâteau c'était le box pour y laisser la voiture. Je recommande cet appartement. Que du positif.

Wir konnten vorher kurz anrufen, und dann war die zus. Person vor Ort und hat uns empfangen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und am Abend konnte man sich auf dem Balkon verweilen. Da eine Waschamschine in der Whg. vorhanden war, konnten wir auch mal kurz einen Wäschegang (Familie) durchführen :-). Alles in allem - perfekt.

Die Lage der Whg. ist etwas ausserhalb. Man kann zwar das Tram nehmen.

Departamento bien equipado, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, lavadora, plancha, tendedero y algunos insumos para poder preparar alimentos en la cocina. Tiene una terraza con mesa y pequeña zona de estar. Estacionamiento subterraneo en el mismo edificio. Supermercado prácticamente al lado y algunos lugares de comida rápida también muy cerca.

Habían 2 baños, pero sólo 1 tenía ducha. Eso fue un poco incómodo para una familia de 5, pero nada grave si te organizas bien con los turnos. El tren pasa literalmente al lado del departamento, lo que lo hace un poco ruidoso si estás en la terraza o con las ventanas abiertas, pero no se siente nada al tener todo cerrado. No es el barrio más lindo de Niza, no resulta agradable salir a caminar o llegar caminando a alguna parte.

A very cozy and comfortable apartment. It has a private garage space in the underground parking, as well as a secure courtyard accessible only to the building's residents. The apartment is equipped with three air conditioners, all the necessary kitchenware, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, with a tram stop and a Lidl supermarket just a short walk away. The city center is also within walking distance. We had only positive impressions and would gladly stay here again.
