Tolles Apartment in sehr guter Lage. Alles fußläufig erreichbar, saubere Unterkunft. Nichts zu bemängeln.

Thank you for providing a crib for our baby! Wonderful balcony and blackout curtains. Full stocked kitchen with a capsule coffee machine and dish washer! Toys for our kid were a nice surprise and a comfortable sofa bed with a full on mattress!
VERY thin walls in the bedroom. Our neighbors were very loud with a couple kids and every noise they made sounded like it happened right in the room with us. The sofa bed is noisy, very creaky. Out of the 4 pillows we had 2 were quite old and too soft. The oven was dirty

Modern kitchen with all needed to cook (oven, coffee machine), nice modern bathroom with shower. It is very close to a shopping center and Carrefour. What I loved the most were breakfasts in the balcony. The host was amazing, always looking after us and going beyond with help.
The flat is in the second floor, so you need to cope with the street sounds closer in case you opt to have the windows opened instead of using the AC

Maxime is very friendly and helpful, my flight to Nice was delayed and it was no problem at all for him. There are shops nearby and the tramway is a few minutes walk. I was at a conference at the University campus, 10 minutes away, but walked to the old town and the port in the evening, easy walk and you go through some nice residential areas.
Nicely appointed apartment, even if I do not like using air conditioning it was good to have it going for 20-30 minutes and cool off the rooms, temperature in Nice were quite high.
I was not able to work out the TV, but then I don't really watch any TV at best of time so was not bothered.
The walls are rather thin, nothing that can be done about it as it was built like that. The bedroom is adjacent to next door's living room, it can be a little noisy when they have the TV on, bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, they get up early which worked out for me as I was not on holiday but could be annoying if you were.
