Charmant appartement avec balcon-terrasse & clim

The apartment felt extremely safe and was delivered perfectly clean. Check-in was very easy, and both the keys and parking access were handed over smoothly without any issues. We spent a wonderful week here with our two children — everything was easily accessible, and it was the perfect base for exploring the area and coming back to relax comfortably each day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

The kitchen in the apartment is really well equipped in terms of dishes, cutlery and electrical appliances. The cleanliness is at a good level. The terrace is spacious, which I guess means a lot in the summer. There is also a barbecue, but we didn't use it. For a short stay here for two people, it's perfectly fine.

We were here for almost a month, and our apartment was set up as if we were staying for a maximum of 7: one spare garbage bag, 50ml of dishwashing detergent, one useless dishwashing sponge, one washing machine tablet and two washing machine tablets. We were also left with 4 large towels and one small one. Two sets of bed linen, too. Given the fact that we were here for a month, we asked when we could expect the apartment to be cleaned - the answer was that cleaning is done after the guests leave (so not during the stay), and that if we really wanted to, we could arrange cleaning for an additional fee. Honestly, for almost 100 euros a night, the owner would not have lost anything if he had organized a cleaning after, lets say, 2 weeks. Moreover, there was no cleaning equipment except a vacuum cleaner. Also, we could not get a single extra towel. There are no hooks for hanging towels or clothes in the bathroom, and such a small thing can really ruin the functioning of the guests in the apartment. I can't imagine how 4 people would manage in this apartment. Lack of professionalism and kindness, as well as initiative. Honestly, we are disappointed with the service, while the apartment itself was fine.

Everything super! New apartment in high standard. Modern building, very clean and well maintained. Ideal location next to restaurants and the port. Good transportation point to Monaco, Cannes, Eze and other beautiful towns in the area :)
