Chic 2-room apartment - Place du Pin

Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert in jedem Raum. Eine hübsche, moderne Unterkunft.

Leider liegt das Apartment zur Straßenseite. Und von dort dringt sehr viel Autolärm selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern ins Apartment. Das stört. Auch ist der Weg in die Altstadt bzw. zum Strand weit. Zu Fuß nur dann zu empfehlen, wenn man Lust und Laune bzw. gutes Schuhwerk hat.

The apartment is beautiful & everything is brand new. It’s extremely clean & has everything you might need for a short stay. The air conditioning is the best we have ever used. The host was very kind in all correspondence & easy to reach via booking.com. The concierge app is the first time I have used one of its kind & it was handy to have all the information about the apartment in the one place. The area around the apartment is lovely, so well supplied with restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries & rotisseries etc. We took the tram from the airport to Garibaldi & it was a really easy journey & very easy to find the apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

When I booked I did not notice information about the security deposit or perhaps it was missing. It came as a surprise to me so just be aware when you are booking that a security deposit is required. I will say that the host was very polite in correspondence with me regarding the security deposit. One other suggestion I would have is that it would be nice to provide a few extra coffee pods/tea instead of just two each & some simple things like salt, pepper etc. Other than that, I honestly can’t fault our stay.
