Résidence So Amata , à deux pas du Port de Nice

Apartamento novo e bem equipado. Bastante confortável para 4 pessoas. Supermercados, restaurantes e padarias a poucos metros, bem como a estação do tram. A comunicação funcionou muito bem e o checkin/checkout foram super fáceis.

Sentimos falta de alguns itens essenciais na cozinha, como mais panos de prato, toalhas de papel, etc

The location is excellent and very convenient—just a few steps away from Port Olympia, which makes it easy to explore the area and enjoy the atmosphere of Nice. The apartment itself is cosy, quiet, and well-suited for a relaxing stay. It’s located in a peaceful area, so you can rest comfortably after a day of sightseeing. It also offers very good value for money, especially considering the location and overall comfort. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is there, and it really gives you the feeling of living like a local in Nice rather than just being a tourist. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and authentic experience.

One downside is that there is an extra fee for key collection after 18:00, which can be inconvenient for late arrivals. It would be much better if a key box or self check-in option was available. Additionally, there was no intercom, which made communication and access a bit less convenient.

My rating for Résidence is high due to its location (easily accessible to the city center within walking distance). The apartment is clean and well-maintained, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is situated in a quiet area.

€400 deposit and a €10 deposit fee. Everything else was up to standard.
