We enjoyed the apartment, but cleaning and mean of communications need improvement.
The toilet was messy when we checked-in. The woman who gave us the key, asked us to empty the trash when leaving, but did not know where the bins are.
We tried to contact the agency for a couple of things but did not get any contact details in advance. The only way was via the platform, which did not work properly at that time.
The platform is used by the agency to post their own interests only. questions from our side kept unanswered.
The fixed line was not answered either.
Not to have a mobile number, or whatsapp conversation is really bad. Other agencies do better.
Nevertheless, the location and apartment itself were worth it
