Welcome to PALAIS DU PORT, a charming, fully air-conditioned top-floor apartment with wrap-around balcony. Ideally located near Place du Pin. Nestled in the lively "Marais niçois" neighborhood. It's surrounded by Provencal-colored buildings, typical of the Nice region.
The layout of this apartment revolves around the balcony, offering a pleasant living room. An open-plan kitchen and dining area. A bedroom bathed in light thanks to its two windows. A shower room with toilet. A second bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with toilet.
Located on the 3rd and top floor with elevator, you'll still need to climb a few steps to access the apartment.

The keys were in a locked box, but it was a half hour walk to the property with our luggage. Then that needed to be repeated to drop the keys off again. We were pleased to see that the apartment, which was on the third floor, has a lift. However the lift door would not open on the third floor so we still had to carry our luggage up a narrow winding staircase to the top. I contacted the managing agent immediately and she said it would be fixed. 6 days later, when we left, it still wasn't fixed. So down the stairs we went again. The managing agent's attitude was that she'd told the building owner so that was the end of her responsibility. We had deliberately gone with a property where there was a managing agent so we didn't have to deal directly with the owner with language barriers so that was very disappointing. The apartment itself was large, light and airy and in a great location.

Great layout. Beds were very comfortable. The air condition was amazing. So happy for the two bathrooms and the two bedrooms at the opposite end of the apartment. The wrap around balcony was great too! There are a lot of stairs (which we expected) and the elevator is very small (we used it to move our luggage) but so close to place Garibaldi and the tram. So many amazing restaurant choices!
