About this apartment rental
A comfortable apartment located between Port and Garibaldi Square, at two steps to the Place du Pin, a very lively area but the apartment is always quiet as it is on the courtyard side.

Welcome to our Apartment in the Harbor area,
Located on the third floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, proximity to touristic places, balcony, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and access to the balcony, bathroom with shower, washing machine and WC, kitchen open on the living room with sofa bed and TV. You can also access the balcony through the living room. In the bedroom you will also have a ceiling fan to help you sleep during the summer time.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
Access
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Keys will be given to you in our office, Bnb Groom Services. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Don't hesitate to share you arrival information as soon as you have it.

Neighborhood
Apartment is ideally located in the Harbor area, which is one of the most popular districts of Nice. This lively area offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 15 minutes on foot. Walk along the Port and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and go to the last stop. Journey takes only 30 minutes and Port Lympia’s stop is 400m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Riquier » is 10 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. Closest one is Parking Port Lympia.
IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :
For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

I Think the flat is good located - unfortunately the are a Big sign when you Enter the building that it is not alout to rent on short term.
I Think the flat is a little bit tired - it need to be updated - we wash most of the things in the kitchen because it seems not new and clean.
It seems like all the furniture are different nothing match together.
The television did not work no one told us - we went to the Office and a new one was already arrived to put in the flat
But overall a good stay

Nice new modern building with lovely inner courtyard in fabulous location, close to restaurants, shops, and bus and tram stations. Very quiet despite great location.
The furniture is a bit flimsy and the bedroom needs better separation from living area. When someone's sleeping and the other isn't you can't block the light except for a pull down shade which means the awake person can't go to the bathroom without crawling under the shade.
The kitchen has pots and pans that are scratched and knives that don't cut well, so cooking isn't much fun. BUT there are fabulous restaurants all around the area, also for breakfast.
