L'appartement est bien agencé et bien équipé. La résidence est sécurisée et la place de parking en sous-sol est confortable.
La localisation de la résidence et l'accessibilité à pied du centre ville. Le bruit de la circulation sur la terrasse. Le manque d'équipements dans la cuisine.

La résidence privative, arborée, bien entretenue, calme, sur la corniche. Bus "33" et "33s" juste devant la résidence qui mènent au port en contrebas. Pour un couple (+ petit enfant) espace suffisant, lieu bien équipé. Petite terrasse rez-de-chaussée appréciable. Bien éclairé.
Problème de badge magnétique (pour rentrer dans la résidence) qui n'ouvre pas le petit portail. Il a fallu passer par le parking souterrain pour accéder à l'ascenseur. Remontée des odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bain. Une seule télécommande pour la TV du salon et la TV de la chambre. Pas de décodeur TV. Matelas trop mou. Vétusté, mais propre (sauf canapé).
