Pool location
The way you have to go into town to pick up the key. The number on the key tag that is confusing and the parking did not match up with what I was told.

The view! The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and very clean.
There was too much online preparation needed. Downloading the app, registration forms, all the emails, codes & passwords, it was just a lot. I felt overwhelmed and over loaded when I think the process can be simplified.
