Die gediegene alte Villa liegt in tollen Wohngegend in einem abgeschlossenschlossen Straßenbereich. Trotzdem sind Bäcker, Top-Restaurants und daa Meer zu Fruß erreichbar. Balkon und Terrasse haben sensationellen Ausblick, ein Traum!

Stunning views! Plenty of outdoor space if you wanted to spend a lot of time dining outside at the property.
The overall condition of the facilities inside the apartment - cracked windows, mismatched cups and utensils, cupboards that didn’t close properly, old furniture, and no soap. It would make a huge difference if they updated the furniture!
