On the positive side, the property was able to accommodate an early check-in, which we appreciated. The location was fairly central, and the nearest tram station was about a five-minute Uber ride or a 25-minute walk away. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially important during the summer. It was also helpful to have two showers, although there was only one toilet. The sleeping arrangements included two small twin beds and one full-size bed, with one pillow provided per bed.

The key collection and return process was extremely inconvenient and added significant unexpected costs to our stay. The key collection office was not close to the property at all. We had to spend an additional €27 on transportation to collect the keys with our luggage, wait for them, and then take another ride to the accommodation, which was approximately a 15-minute drive away from the key pick-up office. It was also unacceptable that we were not permitted to leave the keys at the property when checking out. We had to spend another €30 on transportation solely to return the keys to the office before traveling back in the opposite direction to our next destination. We called to ask whether there were any alternative arrangements, but the staff were extremely unhelpful and told us that we had to return the keys to the office or we would be charged. Guests should be aware that they may spend approximately €60 simply collecting and returning the keys, with no reimbursement offered. This process should be clearly disclosed before booking. The property was also poorly stocked for a five-day stay. We were a group of three women and were provided with only two rolls of toilet paper and one small towel per person, with one separate small towel for hair or hands. Using the same small towel for several days was not practical (or hygenic), and we ended up having to purchase basic household supplies ourselves. For a property managed by a concierge or "professional" property management company, these are basic details that should have been handled properly. Overall, the lack of convenience, inadequate supplies, and unhelpful customer service made the stay much more frustrating and expensive than expected.

Modern, stylish apartment located close to the port, at the end of the tram line and near Nice’s famous seafront promenade. The flat is on the fourth floor of a well-maintained building. The lift stops between floors, so you still need to go up or down one flight of stairs, but it’s not a major issue. The neighbourhood is quiet, although the building is opposite a high school (the students were on break during our stay (mid-April), so we can’t say whether it gets busier or noisier during term time). It is also conveniently close to restaurants, bakeries, markets, and bus stops. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need: a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and even two hairdryers — all brand new. Both the double bed and the two single beds are very comfortable. There are blackout curtains and air conditioning in all rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. Small soaps, as well as mini bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion, were provided in both bathrooms, which was a nice touch. The keys had to be collected from the agency, which was easy to find and straightforward (a few tram stops away). Communication with Claude was very good throughout our stay — he was responsive and helpful. We also asked for an extra blanket, which was delivered the next day, and we really appreciated that. The apartment was missing a few basic essentials, such as coffee pods for the coffee machine, washing liquid, tissues or kitchen roll, oil, sugar, and sufficient toilet paper (there was only one very thin roll for three women over five days). It would also have been a nice touch to have a bottle of water in the fridge, especially as we arrived after midnight. That said, we bought everything we needed the next morning, so it wasn’t a major issue. We also left behind some essentials for future guests, including sunflower oil, olive oil, proper toilet paper, kitchen roll, and washing-up liquid, so hopefully they will find them useful. I couldn’t figure out how the air conditioning worked, although it wasn’t really needed as the weather was mild during our stay. The Wi-Fi password could have been made easier to find, and it would also have been helpful to have a small information booklet in the apartment with practical details and recommendations for local attractions. That said, we eventually found the Wi-Fi password (it was tucked away on the router inside a cupboard), and despite these small inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property has an amazing location. The kitchen is fully stocked and clean! The apartment was very comfortable!

We appreciate the 2 showers, 2 sinks but only 1 toilet. Would prefer to have 2 toilets in the apartment.

We really liked the appartment, it nice and clean, short walk to old town, cafe, bakery and restaurants. Very good twin bed, and pillows in one of the bedroom and nice with extra shower, since we were 4 staying there (2 adults + 2 young adults). We had a late flight the last day, and it was great to be able to store the luggage at N&J office - while we explored the city for the last time. We had good communication with N&J staff the whole time.

The kitchen had good kitchen supplies, but we thought it would have been nice if there had been some olive oil, few spices and few coffe pods. Bedroom 2, had too single beds, they were not as good to sleep in and the pillows were not that good, as in the the other bedroom - according to the young adults
