Cosy Duplex au Port du Vieux Nice

The apartment is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach and right across the street from the ferry terminal, which made our day trip to Saint-Tropez incredibly convenient. The best part was the restaurant downstairs. The staff were amazingly kind and welcoming, and we loved spending our evenings there, enjoying the beautiful view and the relaxed atmosphere. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and actually a little more spacious than we expected. We were three people, and everyone had enough space and privacy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back!:)

Nothing significant comes to mind. We only noticed a couple of minor maintenance items, which we already mentioned privately to the host, but they did not affect our stay.

私達が間違えて、やかんを焦がしてしまいましたが、やかんのことの前に私達の体の心配をして下さいました。壊れたやかん代も実費のみの請求でした。

お部屋がロフトタイプだったので、荷物を2階に上げるのが大変だった。

The apartment is 270 years old, keeping the original charming interior at the entrance and in the corridor, while the interior has been renovated to a modern look, with two bathrooms upstairs. The location of the apartment was perfect, close to the beach and to the old town, the very heart of Nice; we walked there almost every day. We also took a train to Monaco and Menton.

Nothing in particular, but the wooden entrance door of the building was very hard to open from the outside.

The property is nice, cosy, well equipped. The location is the best. The host answered all our questions promptly.
