Convenient location, modern and spacious apartment. It felt bright and airy, and it was a treat to have air conditioning in all the rooms. The little balcony was lovely too. Very clean and well appointed.

The air conditioning system wasn't super intuitive to use, but hosts responded quickly when we couldn't figure it out. The steep open staircase to the loft-like upstairs with the bedrooms worked for us, but could have been a challenge for heavier guests, or those with young children or any disabilities. The washing maching leaked when we tried to do a load of laundry, so we had to manually squeeze the clothing dry and dry on the terrace. We arrived for check-in earlier than we had anticipated and inquired with people working in and cleaning the apartment (owner and maintenance staff, it seemed?) if we could leave luggage but they told us we were early (even though it was past the usual check in time) and left us waiting in the hallway for over an hour before someone suggested we could come in and leave the bags. Probably our fault, but better communication would have been appreciated and it was very warm in the hallway!

We travelled with seniors, and it was my bad for not asking about the building facilities. The apartment is on third floor with no lift. We have to bring all the suit case and went upstairs, which was exhausted at the first day of my travel to Nice. The apartment is clean and tidy. However, I found it misleading on the no. of bathroom stated in the descriptions. The apartment claimed that they have 3 bathrooms in the property. From now on I am going to use “bath area” and “toilet”. I expected that bathroom means “bath area” + “toilet”, but in the apartment, they have 3 “bath area” and 1 “toilet” only. We are a group of 6, and when i search for accommodation, I deliberately chose properties with 2 or more bathrooms, but turn out there is only 1 toilet which is not meeting my expectation. After we had dinner outside we travelled back to the apartment, we found out that the lighting in stairs area is not working. We ended up using the torch function in our phone to climb upstairs, which i think is dangerous. For those travelling with seniors, For those who has heavy suit case, For those who don’t want to wait for toilets in the morning rush, For drinkers, I do not recommend this property Other than above are fine
