Very well fitted small apartment. Lots of storage. Well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning. Parking space. Beautiful view over Nice and the sea. Comfortable bed.
Missing a cork screw. Folding away the bed - but it did make it easier to open the door 🤓

One air conditioner dripped water and TV kept losing connection to internet

Apartment well equipped and very clean. Beautiful view from the balcony.
Location not suitable for seniors without a car. Bus was close by but street very steep with lots of traffic driving very fast. Very dangerous to cross the street. Lon walk to grocery stores and restaurants.
