From start to finish we had a fantastic week away in Nice! The check in process was easy. Our flight was delayed and we ended up arriving late however the housekeeper waited for our arrival and gave a very thorough tour of the apartment, she also gave me her phone numbers if there were to be any issues. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. The view was incredible and we had sun all day. The apartment was located directly on a bus route with a bus stop right outside which made our lives so much easier. We arrived in the middle of a heatwave so we were so thankful to have the pool available and the locals were very friendly.
We would 100% return and recommend to other!

3e séjour dans cette résidence bien entretenue. Nous apprécions sa piscine, la très belle vue sur la mer et sa localisation avec bus en bas de l’immeuble.
L’appartement différent des précédents situé en dernier étage est bien équipé.

Très bon séjour ! La piscine est vraiment un plus, les transports en commun devant la résidence également.
Résidence très bien entretenue et appartement entièrement refait. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeant.

The apartment was great for our needs during our stay. Amazing views from the balcony, great location with regular bus services into Nice and to Monaco. The pool was an added bonus. Frederica was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived.
Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to a friends.
