The apartment is situated in the most elite and beautiful part of Nice with spectacular lookout points very close by. We could enjoy partial mountain views from the lovely terrace as well. The owner was very nice, he helped us with our bags upon arrival and he kindly let us check out late. The apartment was very well equipped, we had everything we needed. AC was working like a charm. The shower was superb. The “dodgy” passage to the parking lot that some people complain about in the reviews is nothing scary, it’s just a regular basement… There is a grocery store nearby.
There were stains on the pillow sheet. The pots and pans were very greasy and scratched, I would advise changing them.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire directement devant la résidence. Il a été disponible, attentionné et la communication a été facile tout au long du séjour. L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé dans une résidence où nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. L'emplacement nous a totalement convenue. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Si nous devons revenir sur Nice nous reprendrions cet appart sans problème.

Appartamento moderno, molto luminoso e ben arredato. Gli spazi sono funzionali e curati nei dettagli, con una zona giorno accogliente e una cucina completa. La camera da letto è ampia, ordinata e il letto risulta molto comodo. Ottima la luminosità naturale grazie alle grandi finestre e al balcone. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Comunicazione chiara e veloce, sempre pronti a rispondere alle richieste e a fornire indicazioni utili. L’accoglienza è stata cordiale e professionale. Consigliato.

Piccolo appartamento in una zona tranquilla, a pochi minuti in macchina dal porto di Nizza. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, buona accoglienza dell’host. Letto, divano comodi. Ben riscaldato per l’inverno. Ordinato e pulito.
Il posto macchina è ampio , ma per raggiungere l’appartamento si devono salire due rampe e percorrere zona cantine. Non il massimo
