Comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Enjoyed a two night stay.
We found our room very comfortable and spacious - much larger than it appears on the website photos. The kitchen was perfect for our needs and had everything from a dishwasher to an air fryer. We didn't use them but they were there! It's location is also very good with plenty of on-street parking immediately outside the property.
A minor niggle in that the bathroom sink was very tiny and as the taps were slightly stiff, it was difficult to avoid splashing water where it shouldn't go! Perhaps a sign warning to go easy on the taps might be an idea. Shower was great though.

Not really a guest house. Didn't see owners and things you would expect were not all there.
Location was good. Kitchen would be useful for a longer stay.
Parking is on street and not on site. Steep stairs to room and kitchen is on ground floor. Room smelt musty. No communication on how to access property in advance and we only got this when we rang up when at the property. No bath mat, shower gel or milk for tea. The floor boards were awful, we could hear every movement from upstairs.

Lovely house, would definitely go back.
The house is in a fabulous location with lots of nice restaurants within walking distance and plenty of space for parking outside. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was also very helpful and responded quickly to questions.
