The staff were great. Polite, attentive, courteous. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Added bonus was the lift for going to and from floors.

A very enjoyable if brief stay in Wick at Mackays. The room was cosy and spacious! The staff were very nice and didn’t rush us out from breakfast which was most helpful. The breakfast and dinner in the bistro were excellent.
