Great location
Location, food was great for the evening and breakfast, free car parking.
We were on the lower floor and the upper floor had very squeaky floorboards at 5.45 in the morning was quite irritating, the place is very dated and needs a makeover.

Comfortable room with good facilities.
There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor and bedroom. Possibly because it could have been a smoking room in the past. There was hair lying on the bathroom floor

A very comfortable stay.
Comfortable and welcoming hotel, with well trained staff. The room was clean, with a very good shower and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious.

A good hotel
Overall a really nice hotel. Rooms were comfy, the bar area was nice with a good amount of drinks on offer and the breakfast was nice. Also conveniently located for the railway station and bus stop.
The only negative I could find is it could do with a slight refresh as it felt a bit dated in areas.

Great location, staff were so attentive, the breakfast was fantastic, a great choice at buffet and good value for money.
Our room window wouldn’t close so we had to be re-roomed, the shower in our room made a loud noise and only luke warm water, hotel is rather dated.

Fantastic weekend, wonderful manager and team made us very welcome.
All the staff were very attentive, friendly and welcoming, they all helped in making the stay so good. We really enjoyed being able to sit in the lounge with family as it felt Christmas's and there was room to play hide and seek with our granddaughter! She also enjoyed playing on the piano. The food was excellent and we ate in the hotel both evenings.
I wouldn't change anything.
